Ahhhhhhhh! This was wonderful! Everything about this epilogue was perfect, right down to the fact that they ended up with Royal in this scenario! Oh my goodness, I love this so! And now to make myself a cup of coffee and settle down to read through this again and savor all its magnificent loveliness.

I don't think Kate and Rick would ever name their son Thomas. It would remind them too much of Tom Demming. This would be like them having a daughter and naming her Gina.
