Lee goes home to a quiet, lonely apartment and pours himself a Scotch while waiting for his restaurant order to be delivered. Amanda goes home to a persistent, skeptical Mother and concocts a story to explain herself while pouring a glass of milk and making a sandwich. As the evening draws to a close, Amanda's thinking of Lee ... is he thinking of her? Good, realistic filler.

I always wondered what Dotty would make of seeing Amanda on the news. Great answer!

I loved Amanda's evasive ramblings and Dotty's 'unidentified Federal employee' question. Still Dotty doesn't recognise this guy? How blind is she? I'd sure remember! :)

"All right, darling, that's what we'll say." Hmm, I suspect Dotty is NOT as convinced as she pretends to be. Good!

Very good! I love in between filler scenes. The dialogue between Lee and Amanda is believable as well as the interaction with Dotty and Amanda. You really show Amanda's ability to think on her feet! :)
