First third of the chapter dialouge contains to much fluff between the dialouge I lose track of whats going on serveral times,

Who even says he should fight five or six Teigu-users? He could just say - I need a time to think about it and part their ways.

You're saying he's a Colonel... experienced in combat? If he is, then where did you find this idiocy about what is 'fair' and 'unfair' fight? You made him an army commanding officer and imposed him a questionable attittude to fight process. It's strange, since such primitive and naive thought process is typical for guys like canon Tatsumi, who was an ordinary village warrior, seeking money to save his village. Quite inconsistent, don't you think?

I ended up skimming the chapter, after a while. The capital has been tearing itself to pieces for too long, it's like a feeding frenzy and you're just adding more sharks to the water.

The Emperor finally getting to see the reality of his capital was somewhat interesting (like how his 'guards' don't actually obey him), and Esdeath's decision to establish a legacy in her pursuit of strength was well done.

Other than though, kind of losing interest. The shock value has worn off, and right and wrong have blurred so thoroughly that everything is is just a puddle of grey.
