You took your time to build a deliciously slow burn... all the while letting the reader get to know the innermost essence of the characters in an appropriate way. It was realistic how Daryl took a long time to open up. There was such a quiet sweetness about him I loved. And Beth was wonderful in her strength and dedication to sticking by Daryl. However I didn't like the last chapter very much, though it was mostly the part about Daryl not letting Beth go on runs anymore. I just didn't get after the whole story of him saying he didn't really trust anyone but him to keep her safe and that she wasn't useless, now he's basically forced her back into the role she had at the prison. Anyway I enjoyed it overall. Awesome |

| itricky chapter 19 . 4/12/2015 I have to tell you that was absolutely amazing. Perfectly written. It flowed so smooth every time i thought what could possibly happen this is going to get repetitive you shocked me by going in a different direction. I appreciate how in character Daryl stayed for me the most. I hate when he tends to get to mooshy and weak. An Beth was fenominal. Her character in the show was just starting to build a personality so its hard to really say how she would react to most situations but wow did you make her voice powerful. She felt so intense imperfect angry passionate but still so weak it was the perfect storm of how I think she would evolve. And the ending was perfect I didn't even realize I was reading the last chapter until I saw the end...and I thought yeah that's exactly where it should end no babies, no house on the beach, no miracle cure, no heroic death just a realization finding happiness together. I hope your proud of this one because you did a great job. Thank you foe keeping my company while i've been sick in bed. Now I really gotta suck it up and get my homework done. |
