I'm loving the slow growth in Spike's character. He hasn't instantly decided to be a helpful guy even with his need for action but at the same time he's stopping to consider the possibilities. Still enjoying the relationship with Dawn too.

It's neat seeing the story from different perspectives this time. Spike's perspective of the spell, Dawn's perspective of Buffy and Riley. The things that seemingly have to happen. Nice.

Welcome back Dawn! It was nice to have some questions answered. It will be interesting to see how she tries to balance the future when she not know specific details about an event. I'm also intrigued that Spike (and Buffy) seems to be experiencing phantom memories of the original timeline. I look forward to seeing how that plays out. Enjoy your weekend off!

So the fates determined that much of "Something Blue" was a fixed point. How will Dawn feel about that since there were enough small changes in the timeline that I seemed less likely to happen? I can't wait for the next chapter! So many questions. How did Spike end up at the warehouse in the first place since he seemed surprised to be there? Did he walk away from the crypt or literally disappear? And without the chip coloring their interactions what effect will this have on how Spike and Buffy see each other moving forward? Ok, I'll try to be patient . . .
