I'm so sorry you're not seeing reviews right now! I'm really hoping that the handful I've written over the past few days (on various stories) show up soon because the authors deserve to have their work appreciated.
As for this chapter: Things are getting really scary now. I'm so excited to see how it all turns out.

I believe in the comics andrew is actually gay and dawn kinda ends up with xander for a little while. But spike does have a point. If it were a time storm or any kinda storm it would be all over the place not contained in a barrier

I did not anticipate the reason why Angel called though it makes sense that he would try to come to Sunnydale after being "ignored" after his first couple of calls. Angel does like control after all. I had wondered if the time issue was going to have an impact on the world at large but it does seem to be well and truly trapped in Sunnydale at least for the moment. So will Sunnydale become it's own dimension if they can't figure things out?
