![]() ![]() ![]() I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts on your story, I loved it. How it has been written creatively makes it truly enjoyable and engaging. I feel that this story has great potential to be converted into a comic. I believe audiences would love it if it were adapted into that format! ![]() ![]() ![]() I remember when you first started posting this and I thought I'd wait until it was complete before reading it. This year I've been reliving my voracious reading habit and went for it, and it's amazing! I'm sort of sad I waited so long but I'm also really happy that its still here for me to enjoy. It sort of reminds me of everything that's going on right now and it's so beautifully written. I really hope you're doing well and are healthy and happy! |

![]() ![]() ![]() I really like the part they worry about the furniture or cushion. That was so adorable and looks real! |
![]() ![]() ![]() They are all so cute! The last chapter was lovely :) Thanks for the writing! |
![]() ![]() ![]() I felt a bit conflicted at beginning. Both Bella and Edward were on relationships when it all began. It feels strange, when you think about it. They were essentially dating, u know what i mean? But, well, i really liked this. It was nice. You are talented writer. And Edward was such a swetie heheh thanks for sharing! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Fascinating context for a story. I enjoyed reading about the quarantine requirements (those justified and unjustified) from that time period, especially in light of our current social debates over public health. The perception of disease and fear-based responses was well-done in this. I remember the ebola crisis well. Africans in the U.S. experienced nonsensical prejudice because all of Aftica was seen as a source of ebola, even though in reality, it was localized to a relatively small geographic area...and an American anywhere in the U.S. was geographically closer to exposure than the Rwandans or South Africans who were being essentially"quarantinedby societal fear in the U.S. because they were "African" There were Ugandans who had not even been back to Africa for years who were treated as a "risk" because apparently Ebola was a uniquely Aftican disease. Unfortunately, current cultural attitudes towards "others" as carriers of disease have not improved...and current restrictions are just as skewed and illogical...I have some absolutely unbelievable stories of the treatment Africans trying to travel during Covid have received-all in the name of "disease prevention"...despite the irony that their American counterparts were given entirely different treatment, despite coming from a country with much higher rates of transmission. perception is everything. i enjoyed reading about the MSF. I especially love organizations that train indigenous doctors, midwives, and nurses to be more effective with the tools at their disposal. save so many lives! |
