| callmequinn21 chapter 3 . 10/10 Usually I like your jokes, but ngl, wasn't having a good time when it came to that 'joke' that just screamed transphobia. It made me feel very uncomfortable given that my brother is a trans man and I'm Non-binary. I really didn't like it, not to sound rude, but I think I have a good enough reason to feel this way.I saw others felt similarly and was disgusted with what others said, because that is the type of people who want to hurt and take away my brother's rights, as if he wasn't even human, if I could take away the hate and make it be on me, and not him, I'd be very happy. It's also these types of jokes that reaffirmed transphobic beliefs, since it's easier for them to detach trans people from being people if they make jokes, they think it isn't a problem if they label everything as a joke, not anything serious. |
