I love what you did with the reveal. The simple reaction Harry has to Tony being okay with his magic was terrific. I can't wait to see them bond further, and with the rest of the Avengers. And then Tony going angry dad...

Really good

It's a good story so far, but I've seen plenty of evidence that you could use a beta reader. Not volunteering my services in that department, I'm much too busy between working nights and sleeping days. But it is something I think you should look into. For example Even White is what you have when I believe you meant to have Evan White. Coulson not Colson. Minor things but to a trained eye and someone who is bothered heavily by it, it will make a difference.

I haven't looked at Pottermore, but according to the cannon of books, there were only about 40 students in Harry's year. The following years were a little bigger yes, but not that big. The higher years also seemed to have less than Harry's year. That puts the school some where around 400 students, and not 600. I grant that the teachers seem to have more hours they have to teach and prepare, but with two classes of the same year, they are really only having to prepare for seven levels of classes split in to two groups. Next I would like to point out that the cannon classes started by 9 am, not 10 am, and that classes finished just before dinner, and not at 3 pm as you said in your notes. It is also noted that sometimes there were double periods instead of just the single ones, which seemed parsed out through the week. In the earlier years classes are longer, but in the later years they become shorter because they have more classes that they chose after second year as there electives. I mean as you know Hermione after 3rd year stayed with three electives. The only way any student could continue to do this without a time turner would be to have the core classes shorter. There is also the fact that they do not have all of their classes every day like a normal middle or high school would. It is more set up like a college would be, but still at a level that would be sufficient for the age of the student. Otherwise the students would have no time for other activities, or practicing what they learn, except for on weekends. I hope that this does not sound like a rant, because it isn't meant to be. I was just trying to be informative. Good job with the story so far.
