I think you wrote amazingly creatively complex and detailed lores, though they mayhaps were too huge of an info dump for some. You can grouped them together in a separate info dump chapters instead. And you shouldn't list things that's not really relevant with the current plot (like the long list of skills and perks) else the aforementioned too game heavy. Your attempt to reduce the info dump in the latest chapter unfortunately made the chapter far less detailed than it should be though.

Modrons or modrons like creatures could come out of the new made pocket portal ? Why you may ask ?
I find them neat, a great project of you love theorethical mathematics connected with logics and rules of different types/stadiums of logic. Another reason is that pocket dimension turned close to the train station for the hogwarts, which is in london. While it may not have a great deal, the are where some portals form could be connected with the history of the place, more industrial and "civilisation based" plqces with laws and order attract the pocket portals of denzines that align with those ideas. Hope it sparks inspiration for new chapter XD

Pretty interesting story so far.

In regards to the game elements, I would advice only showing new additions or updates, rather than whole 'tabs' worth of current information.

And maybe create a character page/chapter where you can store the update to date character sheet, that readers can reference if they are interested.

I thought of this idea and I thought maybe you could use it as well

I personally don't like when the main character loses his relationship points so I figured I would create two Perks

the first one would negate any loss of relationship points but it would make the main character get half as much relationship points

and the second one is it doubles all relationship points but it also doubles the amount of relationship points the main character can lose

these two affect each other making it so the main character will no longer have to worry about losing relationship points

these 2 Perks get rid of the negative effect on each other

both in the book and in the movie Harry gets his original wand back and it works perfectly without the horcrux

but the one you gave him was actually kind of cool but you could have given him his original wand as well and have him dual wield them

allowing him to do dual spells and even combine the same spell together to make it even more powerful

I like how everything's new and deviant from typical Gamer stories. I always appreciate when custom systems are designed. And the story's pretty good too. Plenty of tasks that stimulate have been included - much, much better than saying someone went into a dungeon and killed a bunch of goblins to level up. Yeesh.
I don't like how difficult you find to continue this story. As a writer myself, I'm intimated when you say this story is difficult to write. I too am doing a deep Gamer story but it seems I'll have to guess and devise contingencies for whatever problems you ran into so that I can finish my story...
