![]() ![]() ![]() PLEASE UPDATE |
![]() ![]() ![]() this is better than the actual books |
![]() ![]() ![]() I read this fic again cuz I forgot how much I loved it and enjoyed it all over again hope to read more of this story |
![]() ![]() ![]() Tristan Nott sounds like a brainwashed sect member who knows his guru is evil but fails to escape his thrall... Which makes sense as he might have been under Tom's spell since he was ELEVEN. Also, I'm waiting for the (reduced) Death Eaters spreading their efforts into attacking the Neutral faction (instead of dealing with the Order of Phoenix). After all, Madame Slytherin may not be on Dumbledore-level magically, but she's the bigger enemy politically (as she's "stealing" the "natural" followers of Voldy, while Dumbledore only has "light" followers who would never join the DE, and of course she challenges the "Slytherin Heir" legitimacy of Tom just by existing). Will Madame Slytherin recruit Slughorn ? Or Slughorn contact her (or some other Neutral leader such as Alessandra Green grass) to join the Neutral faction ? After all, Slytherin needs several teachers (for the various magical creature's clans). |
![]() ![]() ![]() "If there isn't a way then I'll make one, Right?" Theo's letter just echoed Hermione's words back at her, most intriguing. I've just reread this story from the start, again, really looking forward to year five. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I have read the 98 chapters in three days, and now waiting for Book 5. I'll admit, I was very confused about "Why didn't they catch fake Moody with the Marauder's Map", of course it was real Moody all along. Lucius playing both sides... Perfectly in character. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I am pleasantly surprised. When I read the title and summary, I thought this is probably a crack fic. You even said you started it as crack fic but I gave it a go in hopes of its potential. First year was ok but I just wanted to rush trough it and see if this fic is actually worth reading. I am glad to say it is, though it does have plot holes since you probably didn't think it trough with the crack fic attitude when you started writing. For example, how does Harry now know of Snape being Legilimens, he never thought him occlumency. You're perhaps giving too much focus to Hermione/Salazar, I mean that's fine you don't have to write about the original protagonist at all but since they are friends you can't avoid it. What I mean by this is Ron among other things, is he in the group or not, it has been confusing. There is a reason he's one of the bashed Weasleys in other fics, he's a pathetic jealous git and a bad friend to Harry, yet you didn't write anything about his tantrum? His jealousy should've been multiplied since he's not in the group. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Fudge is a total $hit for being more concerned about politics and looking good, than being strong and helpful to the public. I'm glad that Theo asked to be taken under Mme. Slytherin's wing for the summer, rather than be used by Tommy-boy against his dad. I'm looking forward to reading additional chapters. Well done - keep up the good work. :-) |
![]() ![]() ![]() I hope that Theo will take up the offer of sanctuary to avoid being pressed into Moldyshort's service. |
![]() ![]() ![]() It was fun and exciting to read of the various traps/monsters presented to the champions, not to mention Harry and Viktor working together. I laughed at both boys getting bowled over, and losing to Fleur. ;p |
![]() ![]() ![]() It was cool that each house contributed to the Hogwarts' Nocturne. Nice cliffhanger. Well done - keep up the good work. :-) |
![]() ![]() ![]() It was great that Hermione shared her memory of her party with Severus, and that he has agreed to being her partner. :-D Dang it! The ministry's insistence on portkey restrictions, and how they are being applied to the third task, pretty much guarantee Harry's kidnapping. The idea of using projection screens during the third task is great for the spectators. :-) |
![]() ![]() ![]() Great party with its good turn out, conversation, meal and entertainment; Hermione and Winky out did themselves. :-D Dang stubborn fools to not join the alliance. :-( |
![]() ![]() ![]() *snickering* In my head I was comparing the whole protecting the store from unwanted "vistors" to the French Taunters trying to turn away the party of "kuh-negits", and their "Trojan Rabbit"... 'run away!' ;p |
![]() ![]() ![]() Sally feels like an agender person to me. She has no problems being perceived as a girl (and using feminine pronouns), nor as a man, and she went from one to the other seamlessly. In fact, when she remembered her old life, she questioned her overall identity as a person (am I Hermione or Salazar) a little bit, but not at all her gender. Moreover, she uses female and male fake identities both in her shop and in the press debates (Charles, Olivia) |
