sorry but, the lousy sentence structure, the missing information, they weren't listening to him anymore except for Molly and Percival, WHO weren't they Not Listening To?. sorry but do everyone a favor and REDO&Repost the story once you have corrected, or a beta has corrected all the misused words, fixing who is thinking/speaking, filling in the missing sentences, ie, nobody was listening to "Dumbledore" any except for, Story does seem to be interesting and possibly enjoyable but not as it is currently posted

Just FYI, the names 'Britain' and 'England' are not synomynous - it would be like using 'America' and 'California' interchangeably. Sure, Californians wouldn't mind in the least, but try doing it in a bar in Alabama during or after Happy Hour, especially when a sporting event involving a home team is in progress, and you'll see some pretty spectacular end results. ;)

Britain - or, to use the full-length name, 'the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland' - consists of four nations, plus a smattering of overseas dependencies. The four nations are:
1] England - the biggest, both in terms of population and economy
2] Scotland - the next biggest in both respects, and the location of Hogwarts
3] Wales
4] Northern Ireland

You might find it helpful to think of Britain's four nations as being analogous to America's fifty states. ...or maybe not, I dunno. ;)

Britain's overseas dependencies [broadly analogous to America's ownership of Puerto Rico] include the Isle of Man, Gibraltar, the Channel Islands, the Falkland Islands, Ascension Island, and various Caribbean territories.

Something to consider if you do another Harry-Fleur story in the future... what if Harry's new wand contains a hair gifted to Harry from Fleur? ...or even a hair each from Fleur and Tonks, if you 'ship the three of them together? Perhaps even a hair each from Fleur, Tonks, and Harry himself? [After all, as someone who survived the unsurvivable Killing Curse, Harry must count as very magically significant / powerful / both.]
