character interaction is probably the strongest part of your work.

stuff is finally happening, which is great. messing with dumbldore is amusing, but risky, shrugs. the story really needed to start here instead.

10 points for the hedwig thing. dragged on but thats minor gripe. It is impressive that you remember where all or most of the references for where you got ideas or inspiration from. If I wote I wouldn't know if an idea was even original or not by this point.

there is no conflict or stakes. this is just a list of things that happens. A lil interesting to be sure. right now I'm more interested in reading about the past life than the current one which probably shouldn't be the case.

since you said for the people saying your story is shit without say why can "kindly piss off." I'll give some critisism. however, I don't think the story is shit.
Lots of info dumping. Could have shown it by having harry fly about rebuilding his mindscape, you could explain the bits and pieces there as he made them if you must have such stuff. Could have also just skipped it and just said harry is a true master occulmens with hundreds of years and better techniques than anyone alive during his time and this one. Would have served the same purpose.
Most of the time I don't like excessive povs, but the confessing to hermione scene would have more impact if told from her perspective. Could have had some lead up and her thoughts on it too.
