My main concern is the lemon. Not the content itself, mind you, but the way it got to that point. They literally just confessed their mutual feelings minutes before and made out with each other for the first time. How are they already fucking?

Now I remember why I loved this story enough to re-read it multiple times but never actually got around to finishing it. You kind of just threw a bunch of sh*t together and hoped it worked out, which it really didn't. Mikoto being sick is the only thing you bothered establishing before hand, everything else from the fake Haki to Enel to him being f*cking disfigured again like some irrelevant Danzo lookalike, you just crammed it all into one f*cking chapter. I'm sick of having this story sit on the back burner for so long that I forget why I dropped it in the first place but not long enough to forget that I loved the first half of it. It's been disappointing over and over again :(

Are we forgetting that Naruto is a Chunin for the sake of Obito still being able to assign missions rather than offering them? Ignoring the fact that he's not actually a member of that team 11 anymore(None of them are), you yourself have stated through the characters that advancing to Chunin means you can pick and deny your missions at will. No team leader Jonin permission required, as a chunin you have choices. I honestly expected to see him going to the Hokage Building looking for his first mission as a Chunin rather than being 'Told' which mission he was taking...

Idk, it still seems like a cop out that he could "manipulate" ice. I mean, those were Hyoton jutsu which begs the question of how and more importantly WHY he knows those Ice related jutsu. He didn't have the expectation that he would be fighting after Haku, that he would be in an environment where it was possible to "manipulate" leftover ice. He had no reason to learn them, so if this fight wasn't a massive plot whole because of the workaround of his absolute fire affinity, it's because he must have one day decided to sit around and learn elemental jutsu he thought he couldn't use... And frankly I don't think he's the sort to rely on that kind of dumb luck...

Also, Haku herself said she couldn't pull off those kind of jutsu. She was shocked by them even. So nope, saying he used the Sharingan to copy HER jutsu won't convince me that this wasn't done for convenience's sake. To make the final reveal of his fire more dramatic during D-Day.

TL;DR The author wrote in some contrived exceptions to give the mc some random jutsu he shouldn't have been able to use.

about your comment about the will of D, i think they did explicitly state the D are the natural enemies of God. Personally i feel it would probably be something along the following lines, the line of D has certain shared characteristics, a very strong will, unyielding determination, the strong desire to live life according to their own beliefs and have no regrets, and the unwillingness to give in, they may also share a certain level of strength, there is also something that can be said for them having the ability to overcome insurmountable odds (most of the time). This makes them literally almost the natural enemy of those who would seek to force their hand or oppress them, such as the world government and the tenryuubito.

that aside really liking the story up till now, it's well written, no grammar and spelling mistakes that usually ruin my enjoinment and a good focus on the main plot, i also like naruto's development. REALLY REALLY sad about mikoto though :'(
