I found this a very amusing read. I especially liked the ending with Ran not being done with Shinichi.

Holy shit this is so good. I love this so much. It's so well done and I love how you get to see the whole Shinichi/Kogoro dynamic and just overall it was amazing. I do have a question though. Why did Conan/Shinichi cry more often when he called Ran more often? I was a bit confused so that's why I'm asking haha. But yeah seriously good story. :)
