I love your portrayal of Kogorou in this story. :) You've really given an outstanding depth to a normally overshadowed character and allowed him to play a major role in the story, while still sticking true to his character. Although this didn't happen in the manga/anime; as a what if story, it's written marvelously, such that the story is highly realistic and is actually a plausible scenario.

This piece really made me laugh out loud, considering that most DC stories on this site depict the Shinichi-Kogorou pair as being highly antagonistic toward each other - to the point that a friendship fic between the two is just so unexpectedly unique and humorous. In particular, the playful banter between the two was extremely funny. xD Thanks for the story and the laughs I had while reading. :D

You write Kogoro brilliantly and this was absolutely adorable. I love how you used him for an outsider perspective, and how you actually gave him some credit for being a decent detective when he tries. On top of that, your pacing was excellent. Seriously, great work.
