Yup, absolutely love these.

You should really continue this story! Or at least add some more omakes, it'd be a real shame to let a story with this much potential go. Of course, it's always the author's choice. Not to sound too pushy.

Either way great job this shaggy really gave me a way to connect. In the cartoon I'd always imagined a pot headed hippy that was afraid of everything...this gives a very deep depth to the way that shaggy acts

Ok so it's safe to say I love your writing. I was rereading this again when something clicked when the Officer said he had been in Korea. Now I don't know if you have ever watched the TV show MASH but I can kind of picture Shaggy meeting one of characters there. Maybe as part of the reveal.

For the third part I hope you do not make Shaggy some uber Rambo styled marine.
He's good with dogs and Scooby is extremely well trained and he may know how to shoot or hit a man. But taking out scores of men Rambo style would take too much away from the mood of this story.
It's real, it's raw, it's incredibly sad and it sure hits where it hurts.

Thank you...for these. Scooby doo has always been a rare joy for me and this... Im autistic and have to struggle with hiding my demons, trapped inside a body that won't cooperate with my mind all the time. So to see shaggy as a not quite jaded survivor, only playing the fool, really hits home. I love this
