urgh, so cute! I like that you switched it from Theo being the older brother to Hermione being the older one. There are far too many twins or older brother-Hermione relationship ones.

The solicitor being the one to tell Hermione, that's pretty interesting. Like Hermione's muggle parents left all the adoption documents with their solicitor instead, knowing that they wouldn't have to be the ones to tell her one day.

Will you being continuing this one later on?

Pureblood!Hermione tends to irritate me because she was one of the main examples of why Muggle-borns have just as much potential as pureblood, but at the same time it's so alluring to think of how the dynamics would all shift. I'm really looking forward to seeing what you do with this, especially after the comment Theo made about how he can't see Hermione, raised by Muggles, as being worthwhile and interesting now unless he accepts that Muggle-borns aren't inherently lesser, as that assuages my main issue with the trope. Also, I'm looking forward to the prospect of reading a fic of yours where you don't, you know, torture and kill off Harry and the Weasleys. My only question is how on Earth you write so much so consistently.

Yay! Pureblood!Hermione trope! In your hands, I can trust it would not go on as one of those atrociously cliched, badly written stories where the former Slytherins are suddenly extra accepting and start tripping over their own two feet to fawn over her or have the Weasleys and Harry do a face-heel turn just because she's a Nott now.

In fact, I'd be very interested to see if this develops into her having an existential crisis as she tries to reconcile her past 'life' as a muggleborn and her current as a pureblood along with all the headache of figuring out pureblood society. Also, yay as always for Big Brother!Theo.

And thus I praise Shealone and Dulce De Leche Go for making you write this story as I've been waiting for a good Pureblood!Hermione story for sooo long and I know you can provide me with it ;) You're a little tease for not including the meetings but I guess the chapter would have been too long then... I expect a quick update! ;) Just kidding, take your time, I'm not rushing you :)

I've never read this particular trope before, there's always something that puts me off. Like, if Hermione isn't acceptable to Draco/whoever as a muggleborn then she'd better not be acceptable as a pureblood or they're just so disgustingly prejudiced and beneath her.
That said, I'm going into this with an open mind because if anyone can write it properly and do it justice it's you.
I'm looking forward to all the awkward interactions that you've set the stage for in the next chapter or two.
