| SDC21 chapter 12 . 1/26/2024 It’s seriously annoying to read a fic set on multiple different planets in a entire galaxy having its characters using “world” when talking about everyone in the galaxy ie “For Sidious and the whole rest of the world, you are dead”. Like no everyone in the GALAXY thinks ur dead not soley the people on whatever planet the main characters happen to be on. Really really lazy low IQ stuff when the story doesnt happen on a single world like a story set on earth where that would be appropriate use. The grand stage of events here happens in a Galaxy not a singlular world and it makes zero sense and its actively jarring to hear a character say “world” when they’re actually refering to the whole galaxy |
