To think that it all started for "Alone" competition. I mean. it's brilliant to make a story about being interrupted while reading a long-waiting book. We are all have been there because we are here for, practically, reading these free books of fanfictions. Here, there comes types of people who interrupt our heavenly moment, but of course those who give spoilers are the worse. I enjoy this very much. Thank you for the story!

This is one of my go-to fics I read, whenever I need to have a good laugh (This and your "It's raining men, Hallelujah"). Thank you for writing this hilarious and amazing story. Poor Shinichi having to run through an obstacle course just to get to read his favorite book series peace. Now I am wondering, though, what would have happened if you had thrown Vermouth into the mix as well, just for the heck of it.

LMFAO. The universe was just conspiring to give Conan spoilers, wasn't it? :P I laughed a lot as I read this; he'll probably have to apologize to Kid at one point cause RUDE, but Ran's lecture will probably make that look like a walk in the park. ;D I wish you the best of luck on your writing!

I'm laughing. I feel Conan's pain. Poor Subaru-san; he must have jumped at hearing the noises at the front door considering the time. Detective Samonji is even more important than KID. HA! I'm surprised KID was able to finish the book (or at least read as far as he did) considering his heist in the same day. So fun! Thank you for writing!

Poor Conan. I have BEEN there. Luckily, I also had parents that never restricted my reading (although at one point I think my dad regretted that; ironically, that particular book might have had just the effect he was hoping for); by the time I'd hit my mid-teens, I had my whole family trained to know that there were certain days you just didn't interrupt me!

Conan, I feel your feels. Book is more important.
But seriously I love how all kinds of stuff is going on (Kid's having a dangerous heist, Subaru has Kudo suspicions) and Conan just doesn't care because BOOK. Dude has his priorities where they should be.
And also how hard he has to try to avoid spoilers (like, the whole world is reading it today. What a bunch of nerds) and still almost ends up spoiling stuff for Subaru.
