ok I think that goes the same direction from messihas of the void. But couldnt it not be a gdi-jard instand of a nod one. Nod is always the bad one.

Very, very good
The beginning is a bit rough, too much info-dump but the back and forth between Louise and Legion kept it entertaining, her taking notes was a good detail. Discovering that Legion was from another world without magic should have been a more earth-shattering revelation, Louise took it surprisingly well.
Loved the dream sequence and the way her mind tries to translate NOD's and GDI's tech.
Its a good thing that Legion doesnt remember Kane's name, the guy is like Beetlejuice, you speak his name too many times and he just pops up, and then everybody else loses.
Some small errors here and there but nothing serious, all in all a really good chapter.

That was quite awesome all things considered.

Also that small injection of grimness at the end was quite the welcome change in pace, quite the good conclusion for the chapter, makes me want to read even more now.

Excellent chapter.

Though C&C have canon build speed. In the official novels a tank was constructed from scratch in 3 minutes. That means that when you build something in game its not simply game mechanics...its really that fast for that universe.

Probably through some kind of nanites or a very fast 3d printer.

Great character portrayal and the story flowed nicely together, all in all it was a good read. Hope you update this soon!

That adding of the dollmaker and king was nice and the description about what it mean to summon one was also nice (do I sense foreshadowing of Louise taking over and starting a rebellion against abuses nobles I dont know)

The battle of whats its name will be good

Very detailed writing and good portrayal of each character as they were in canon and how they would react to the situation you put them in, even the "Nod characters" were depicted good.

The way you researched or imaginatively (maybe) and show how Nod construction works and other concepts is great btw. Not many fanfic writers do that and just say "this happened and that happened" without further explanation how.

Keep up the way you write as the way you wrote your chapters.

Will Louise eventually get living, not necessarily human, can be elves subordinates (e.g. Lieutenants)? How would she get more resources? Would Louise eventually seed Tiberium all over the place? Or will she retool the refinery and use the local ores instead?

Seems like we will get to see some real action next chapter! Can't wait to see what role Nod will play in the duel.

Wonder how you are going to explain the buildings though, things seem 'realistic' so far. Emerging from empty ground might as well be able to kill enemy units in my opinion.
