Never really understood why Nevill had the Potters cloak. It had nothing to do with who was the boy who lived but was a potter family heirloom. Unless in this universe the potters arent descendents of the Peverell’s for some reason. So I never really liked Tonk’s arc in Kowledge is power cause she met Remus when she was 17 and Remus was like 34 so it was weird that she had a thing for him and even weirder that her parents seemed to encourage their 17 year old daughter to persue their 34 year old friend. Dont think any parents bo matter how liberal would encourage that. This story was pretty much the same up till the meeting with the Tonks family but had her persue Harry instead. Which was more palatable because Kowledge is power made remus seem like a pedifile who groomed a teenage girl. That being said including Tonks as a paramour for Harry in this was kind of pointless given their relationship consisted of Harry admittinghis feelingsfor her them starting to date then him leaving for school and not thinking about her again till the following summer where she showed up really intermittently and was pretty much a none factor for the whole story. After the intial date she just wasnt really apart of the story at all. It seems like she is only there so her tag can appear next to Harry in the story description

So did Dumbledore steal Harrys cloak and gave it to Neville or does it belong to the Longbottoms in this fic? And what happened to Sirius?

Black panther is not a species...
It is just a normal leopard with darker pigmentation...
If you'd just said some species of panther or leopard then that would have been fine. If the skin is white then there is absolutely no way to recognise whether it is a black panther or not

However many centuries? It is just 1 century though?
