It's been a long while since I read this fic but I'm glad to see it revive itself. Shirou in the Sekirei-verse is always interesting and I hope that this doesn't lead down the road to tragedy.

As good as the story is, like many other review here suggest...You may need to delve more in the lore of Fate to understand their power level and such. Additionally even Rin can theoretically freezes an entire warehouse with enough preparation. Sekirei is just better than even intermediate Magus but still miles beneath any servants. Whether Akitsu can beat Lorelei is highly doubted for example.

...I kind of had this vision of Akitsu saying "because my master is a wiseass" when Kazehana asked how he was even alive after meeting Karasuba... but that's impossible. It is impossible because Akitsu never learned cheeks.

Still, i'm not entirely sure if everything is worth the wait, more because it feels like nothing was getting done. Still, you did worked on it, so that's a plus. Now i just have to patiently wait to see what happen next before swarming you with questions.
