![]() ![]() ![]() great story |
![]() ![]() ![]() it's getting tiring how Val gets constantly blamed for things the group decided on. this is very sexist. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I've really been enjoying this story, but the last chapter really bugged me. You've made Dumbledore so weak. This is the man who in canon, went toe to toe, non lethally against voldyshorts while protecting bystanders, and gawkers, and still kicked his butt. All voldys DEs, are nowhere near as good, yet he still barely feels out a win against a scrub. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Fantastic! Brilliant work, thanks so much for sharing your time and talent! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Incredible job with character and world building! I'm very impressed by the use of the escaped de's to keep up pressure / sow chaos. I'm wondering what's going on with malfois sock puppet and the rich, inbred sheeple "governing" the common, mildly less inbred sheeple. I'm also a bit confused by padfoot, but, I'm hopeful he won't be the whiny, petulant lapdog once Harry explains some hard truths (and their rather damming recorded info from the rat). I am sorry I've not reviewed more, but I am very impressed with your storytelling, thank you! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Wait, her father isn't just accepting everything? He's asking intelligent questions and demanding rational answers? Heresy! Well, Canon HP Heresy... |
![]() ![]() ![]() Oh, shite! A murder attempt is one Helluva way to finish the year! And quite a lot more likely than the total non-reaction the Trio enjoyed in Canon. Scary stuff, but very realistic. Well done on year 1. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Wonderful job managing the OC within Canon events. I'm really getting into this! |
![]() ![]() ![]() A solid opening with an interesting MC. No obvious Mary Sue 'powers' and she has my favorite attributes: curiosity driven by focused intelligence. The family dynamic is good so far as well... very intriguing story setup! |
![]() ![]() ![]() This is nice. I like the organic development here. Slow, methodical, but we are gaining much insight into the sort of character that Valeria is. I also can't explain why, but there's a charm to the the writing. Perhaps because it doesn't feel rushed, but neither is it dragged out too much. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I'm surprised that Val didn't wonder about magical inheritance and have a test done. I'm surprised that her mother thinks hiding the truth even with her daughter being magical is a good idea. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Why didn't she go home for Christmas? |
![]() ![]() ![]() Not sure if people do read reviews before reading the story but I have to say it's worth the time. It's interesting, well written and it simply "catches" you. Have fun |
![]() ![]() ![]() good chapter |
![]() ![]() ![]() good chapter 28 and good story |
