very well written, but it was also one of those stories where none of them are innocent, and all four of them had their faults, the only innocent ones were the kids, other then that, all four adults were all guilty of their marriages not being what they could be.
you can make a great marriage horrible or a horrible marriage great, it depends on how bad both of you want to make it work and much effort if put into it.

Dude... Idk if Bella went in with the intention of screwing over Edward or if her grief just has her giving up. I feel bad for both her and Edward. I wanted them to find a way together, although I knew he wouldn't leave Forks and she didn't seem like she'd go back and frankly, with him leaving his wife and her fathers death... it seemed unlikely there would be a happy ending for them. Knowing that, it still broke my heart :(

I hadn't realized that ive read this before and so I started reading...a few paragraphs in I remembered...this is a fucked up story. Edward moved on with a fucking quickness and fucked leah and knocked that whore up. and hes still with her...and while Edward seems to have had a happy life with his whore and his demon spawn bella lived a sad miserable fucking life...

Wow, I knew it was next to impossible for things to work out for them but I had really hoped that in the end they would be together... No matter how much reality doesn't work that way I guess I am an optimist at heart. I always love the depth of your stories and how you pull us in. I loved the San Diego tie in... Always a sucker when I see San Diego come up what can I say I'm bias it's an amazing place to live. Thanks for another wonderful adventure. :)

Hi, I read your story last night and it just won't leave my thoughts. It is incredibly written and I am still trying to make up my mind up on what to think about it. It is horrible to see how one mistake can change your life. and although Bella seems to be so mean and destructisve in the end, I still think that she did not act that way because she wants to hurt Edward but that instead, she is seriously depressed and is acting that way to prevent her from being hurt further. Your story really moved me and I want to thank you for sharing it!

OMG, I did not realize that this was a one shot! Is it a one shot? Maybe you just have not had time to add another chapter? Wow this was so powerful. I'm so not used to a Bella like this. I'm confused. It does not seem to me that Bella did anything to Edward all those years back? Nor that Edward was so wrong in how he behaved as a teenager. They were young, not good at communicating typical teenagers.
What now, please I need more! This is too good to end here. Of course I want a HEA. But I guess in this story there can't really be an HEA. Someone will get hurt either way.

Ha! A woman scorned! Am I the only one cheering Bella on? I'm not sure she started out wanting revenge but as time moved on and Edward proved, yet again, he is spineless she made herself number 1. Quite right too. Seemingly noone asked Jake to confront and thump him so that's not on Bella. I'd love for this to be extended. More history about Bella/Jake & Edward/Leah and what happened next. Was there a HEA for any of them in their current pairings or did Edward fight for Bella? Loved it. Thank you.

It's a testament to your great writing that now I feel so horrible. Oh, this Bella is terrible. What a terrible human! Okay... she's a fictional character, but whatever! I gotta go find some fluff to read and purge myself of this sadness. How could you do this to Edward? And me?

I couldn't help but laugh...how ironic that Edward and Leah got a taste of the humiliation that Bella felt all those years ago. Cheating is cheating there is no excuse.
