I am so happy you have them a chance to explain how they really felt about each other when they first met. Matthew saying he was destined to love her forever upon first sight squeezed my heart. How exciting to get a love scene in his bedroom, too. The way her adores her and makes love to her is so sexy, so Matthew.

I liked this chapter very much. It was ingenious to have a “vanishing of Mary and Matthew” exhibit at Downton, and seeing them have a laugh about it. It was touching to see them sad for their families, too. I’m ready to see what happens when they go back. After all, that is where Mary and Matthew truly belong.

This was the honeymoon experience Mary and Matthew deserved, and I can totally picture it playing out just like this. The flirting while drinking champagne in their robes was adorable. Him lusting after her tattoo, such a turn-on. Your Matthew in this chapter is so, so charming. Well done.
