I keep trying to read this, but every time Voldemort starts talking about mana I can’t take it! Why did you choose that labeling when it has nothing to do with HP and immediately takes the reader out of their HP headspace? It’s so jarring.. why not just refer to it as their Core like fanfic canon... or even come up with an entirely new name?!

Oh my fuuuuuuuuuuuck, how could you do this to me.. a cliffhanger just like that?! There isn’t even a post that says that this is abandoned or being taken by anyone else. I really want to see this story finished but please at least say if this will get continued or not, it’s been years now and I wouldn’t want to get my hopes up. Either way, great story. 3

I hope that whatever caused such a long break from your writing of this story, (real life, an unmojo-ed muse) will allow you to come back again. If not - perhaps a summary to let us know what you wanted to happen?
So many questions...why exactly did Voldie go crazy and isn't now? WHY would Dumbles give Voldie a potion that when an insane DL is even more dangerous than a sane one? What does that say about Dumbles as a 'good' guy? What about the apprenticeship contract? What will happen if Harry doesn't fulfill his side? Voldie said to stay put, but what about the long run? What about Sirius? - because he ate Peter and took the mark, now he cannot prove his innocence. And why do the men curtsey instead of bow? Will Harry go back? Will Voldie go insane again? Will he want Harry back? Will there actually be an army of baskalisks? will Harry accept being on the Dark side?
It is very exciting, and you left it at such a cliffie.

So, is it true that Harry will never have peace or love? Somehow, I think that magic is about intent, so Snape is wrong about this point.

Holy Shit Balls!

I had seen this reccomended a few times on the hpfanfiction section of reddit but was hesitant to read it as you haven't updated in a while. I am kicking myself for having wasted time on other stories when I could have been reading yours.

I just finished chapter 6 and I just have to say the way you are portraying your characters has me giddy with excitement! It almost reminds me of my favorite fanfiction of all time "Prince of the Dark Kingdom."

I of course hope that you one day continue this story, but if not I just wanted to let you know how thankful I am for what you have written and wish only the best for you.
