![]() ![]() ![]() Quite an interesting piece of work! Some AI sources I thought they'd use instead (Mass Effect 3 - rather than EDI, the misunderstood Geth, and Legion; StarCraft 2 (the Purifiers of the Protoss forces, though that might be too late chronologically to fit with the canon Worm timeline); the various androids of Star Wars; Replicators from StarGate; Seven of Nine from Star Trek Voyager (and the EMD)). |
![]() ![]() ![]() it's been a few years since I've read this, but I'm glad I reread it, I enjoyed it once again, shame about the end of it, but again, I enjoyed reading it, thanks for writing it! |
![]() ![]() ![]() There are actually a number of very, even stupidly, powerful heroines in a variety of book series. Many of these are not mainstream, but I think Taylor let herself be swayed too harshly by the majority opinion here. Also, It's not like she needs all the powers, she just needs one or two overwhelming powers. Heck, DBZ has several female heroines who are probably a better idea than the male main characters. Afterall, you wouldn't want to vaporize earth on accident. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Sorry, but is the POINT?! They're just following the script and apparently can't change anything that happens in the story |
![]() ![]() ![]() The M-920 is powerful, but like most Mass Effect tech, it's actually fairly weak compared to many other sci-fi franchises. Almost any Star Trek ship, for example, would no-sell the main battery of a dreadnought using only navigational shields - they wouldn't even need to activate their combat shields. There are far better options available if you want to build an Endkiller. |
![]() ![]() ![]() PLEASE tell me someone redubbed the N. .R. episode footage of Armsmaster getting pie'd repeatedly with Yakety Sax! |
![]() ![]() ![]() You have a severe plot hole in this chapter - Dragon's shackles, among other things, forbid her from breaking any laws. She simply cannot do it. She can't even jaywalk. So committing an actual felony like tampering with the mail would be utterly impossible for her. |
![]() ![]() ![]() While I agree the game is less relevant than Armsmaster getting a pie in the face, I too am curious about the game they were emulating. |
![]() ![]() ![]() You have a math error in this chapter. The PRT debriefer after the Pokemon experiment says Clockblocker claimed it would take about two days, states that the total time was 49 hours and 36 minutes, then claims they went over Clock's estimate by more than 7 hours. Unless you are from a world with a 21 hour day instead of the roughly 24 hour day we have on Earth, Clock went over his estimate by 1 hour and 36 minutes, not over 7 hours. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Don't hate the player, hate the game? There's all sorts of jokes built into Taylor's cape name... |
![]() ![]() ![]() Too bad she didn't pick Princess Peach - all the mushroom-related powers of Mario, plus a flight power. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Could be worse. It could have been Metroid. Or F.E.A.R.! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Jeff was hoping to read Jiraya's infamous novels? I'm sure they were pretty tame in comparison of the stuff he could find while surfing Internet. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Taylor really has a rotten luck in romantic department. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I hope she isn't planning to use fanfiction to gain power. |
