As painful as it was to read, it's good that Link and Midna finally got all that out in the open. Maybe now they can actually start healing, both physically and mentally.

god, this is a great fic. i love how hateable viscen is, too. i actually thought the fic was dead for a while but seeing that it was updated like 2 weeks ago is great

He's starting to come back to himself! This entire chapter felt so healing and that conversation at the end made me smile so much - it's so nice to hear Link sound a little more like himself. And the way you balance humour and healing/hurt is always so perfect. Can't wait for more! c:

A few years agp. I decided to start reading What Makes a Hero. At the time I was unsure to commit that much time to reading that story. But I have to say. It was one of the best decisions I ever made. I was hooked. Reading a couple chapters a day even. Now I eagerly await every new chapter of this story! I laughed and cried quite a few times. Never had a story fill me with so much emotion. You truly are a master with words!

All I really want to say is. Thank you so much for creating these Stories Selphie. You really have created something beautiful here. I can’t wait to see what happens!

Thank the goddesses Link got to see Ilia one more time. I hope that gave him the strength he needed to stick it to Viscen. That’s one more thing I gotta add. You’ve crafted quite the villain. At this point I just want anyone to cut that bastard down. I just want to see him die. Ugh screw that guy.
