Reviews for Joseph Joestar: Hamon Hunter |

![]() ![]() ![]() Still like where this is going so far. I was kinda surprised you pulled out this chapter so quickly, but I guess the note at the end explains things. I just have a few issues with this chapter. There's two paragraphs where you describe what Blake and Joseph Joestar look like. I can potentially see why Joseph would take note of this stuff, but the description seems a bit intrusive into the narrative. Similarly, the sudden switch in style when you record the girls' reactions seems a bit off. I probably would have recorded it as straight dialogue, since the script format seems jarring. Another thing, I found it a bit odd that Ruby mentions that she's the first person to go to Beacon at the age of fifteen. I think it's a bit strange she'd just arbitrarily mention this in conversation. Otherwise, things look good. |
![]() ![]() ![]() So far I'm liking this story. I can't wait for Yang to meet Joseph. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Rope tricks, trolling, and FABULOUS! shall abound in this story. |
![]() ![]() You thought that the true villian of this story was someone else but IT WAS ME DIO! |
![]() ![]() ![]() A nice first chapter. A few capitalizations you gotta do. But its good overall so far. |
![]() ![]() I'm loving this keep up the good work. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Poor Ozpin. He has to worry about Beacon's budget after getting Joseph Joestar's items. I like to see where this goes. Also, KONO DIO DA! Sorry, but the ending made it obvious that Dio will be involved. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I like this following. |
![]() ![]() ![]() A Jojo's bizarre adventure crossover with RWBY. What more could I ask for? There's a few minor issues, usually involving capitalization, spacing, or something like that, but they're mostly minor. Also, a minor research thing. I find it a bit odd that Jojo is nonchalantly putting in four quarters into the vending machine. I did a brief search, and I think a bottle of coke would've been around 6-10 cents during Joseph Joestar's time period. While you seem to have made the assumption that soda would cost around what it is today, it would have been cheaper back then, so I think Jojo would've commented on it or something. I also wasn't sure about the vending machines (I don't remember if they showed them in the show or whatnot, since I haven't read the manga) but I did find out they did have vending machines back then. It's relatively minor and it's a forgivable mistake. Anyway, I'm looking forward to seeing where this is going. |
