![]() ![]() ![]() 2,000th review baby! WOO-HOO! I love this story beyond words, this was my first fanfic I read and it is amazing! Peace! ~MixitupQueen |
![]() ![]() ![]() I don't know what you're planning for the next few chapters, but you need to acknowledge that the way the cast are treating Jack is wrong here. They should know by now that his character wouldn't even allow him to consider harming innocents, what they're doing here is borderline betrayal, and it needs to be addressed, frankly I'm not impressed their line of thouhts went in this direction and it could have been handled better. |
![]() ![]() Hi, I've been reading this story and am totally in love with it. However, I hope these misunderstandings will be resolved. If anything, this is a sign Jack and Elsa aren't the only ones with Ice Magic. I mean why didn't that ever occur to them!? I mean, until Jack appeared none of them knew Elsa wasn't the only ice user. Honestly, there are probably hundreds of tiny snow faries. And there are other folks with ice magic who wouldn't hesitate to use it maliciously. But Jack's not one of them. He would never hurt othee people just to even a score. And he wouldn't ever seriously hurt Friedrick. Worst Jack would ever do to Fredrick is make him slip on ice or freeze his tea, or maybe freeze his door shut. If Jack got dumped by Elsa or friendzoned forever...he'd probably be depressed for the next century or so. But he wouldn't hurt people. He might very well move to Anarctica and live like a hermit. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Wow girl you told me that things were going to get dark but we keep on forgetting that we are dealing with the SPIRIT OF WINTER! HERE! Yea the talk with Kristoff and grandPapi did put a chill in my spine. Jack little temper tantrum down south made me a bit chilly too. Come on I'm from CANADA! I KNOW HOW BAD WINTER CAN GET! But now what happened to Kinsley? Now I don't think Jack did this on purpose but I do wonder did his flyby before he met Jamie meant Kinsely? Or did his temper tantrum down south actually affect the weather? I have heard that a butterfly can flap its wings at a particular place and then create hurricanes if its in the wrong position. soooooo yeeeaaaaa. I think this is something that needed to be brought to the front. We are dealing with dangerous stuff here and Elsa needed this wake up call. This is the issue every girl deals with a man. Not that he would but that he can. Its not about the character of the man. Its about the insecurity and feeling of safety that the girl feel in the relationship, which right now Elsa is in the negative. Without communication that fear can take over. So here goes my in-depth review. I understand frozen viewpoint. This is fear and respect and terror of Winter. Its the reason why for me best place in winter is in a snuggly under a blanket with a book near a fire while the snow falls. Nice warm and safe. Frozen gang are faaaaarrrr from that right now. ooookkkkkaaaayyy Kristooff I think is just in deep panic mode but what abusive? really? Jack? All I can speak is my own experience and there is a deep difference between an ignorant stubborn guy who adores and loved you but has no idea how to do that and you don't know how to communicate what you want or desire and has no idea how he may be coming across AND A GUY THAT IS DELIBERATLY MANTIPULATIVE AND ABUSIVE! The issue is that an action can come from the most pure motives but ignorant place or manipulative place and the action can look exactly the same. I truly believe that Jack is in the first category, the issue is it took me 15 year dating 10 year married of that time for my hubby and I to get to this amazing place of communicating. And how long have these two know each other? a week? yeeeeaaaaahhhhh. Also Kristoff is fearful of Anna and the babies. Remember his center is Family. It is killing to know that he wanted to protect the little family he has and with this guy he knows he CAN"T. If Jack chooses Kirstoff CAN'T. And that is what is scaring him to these lengths. Thank you Eugene. Yes Jack is first category. Yes the issue in the room. Jack thinks they are already almost married and they have not even made it to boyfriend girlfriend stage because HE HAS NOT ASKED HER! Who wants to take that staff of Jack and give him a bit of shepherd medicine? Kristoff is right. Elsa cannot run from this. and what has Elsa dealt with all her life? Being trapped. I'm not going to say what I was thinking right now. Anna is right what Jack does is his responsibility not Elsa. gah the misunderstandings... its true and right but yea. Ok if they every get together I think Jack and Elsa need to make sure whenever they need to have a fight and give off steam they have a rule that Jack flies them to the South Pole. They have their spat. they make up then come back to civilization. Just for the safety of all involved. melting of the ice. oh Elsa. He would never use that against you. How could he? He has to use his center of fun to do it. But you don't know that. All you see are the things that might be, all the shadows of worry and fear. Oh Elsa. He could, does not mean he will. Elsa has never felt this vulnerable before. oh Elsa. This is going to get deep and dark very fast. Elsa is going to force herself for the sake of her kingdom. The thing that Jack wants less in the whole world has happened. Elsa is afraid of him. Like everything a weakness is a strength. He able to touch her is her vulnerability, but it is also a strength. I hope they talk about things thought please before it goes to far. This is not what Jack wants, He wants freedom and choice. Elsa COMMUNCIATE! all these ifs acting as facts. This danger was needed to be brought to the front but there needs to be talk between these two. wait he did not go straight to Kinsley. He went straight to the south pole. GASP HE DID NOT DO IT! This was a coincidence! these misunderstandings got to get cleared up soon! before someone gets really hurt! yep belly of the beast we go. gulp! |
![]() ![]() ![]() WTF after everything they've been through they're just going to automatically assume Jack attacked Kingsley like that? Without even verifying if it was actually him first? Wow, fuck everybody in the Frozen cast. If Elsa is that quick to automatically assume the worst of Jack, after everything he's done for her, then she honestly doesn't deserve him. Jack should leave her indecisive ass and get back with Tooth instead. Not gonna lie, I'm really not a fan of this chapter. It feels like you're changing the personalities of the Frozen cast just to create forced drama. |
![]() ![]() This has got to be the most intense uopdate ever I definitely love it |
![]() ![]() I am on my toes. You're great at this. Grammar, story, characters, surprise. You've got it all. Nice work. I hope there's more. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Man, that’s pretty low of them to assume that Jack is that petty to attack Kingsley. Kristoff especially, like that’s just low, like yes the threat of a power that’s tempremental is dangerous, but to automatically assume the worst just from a headline and not thinking to look into it deeper just speaks volumes. Elsa is also…pretty dumb, realistically speaking. She’s very self sacrificial to the point that it’s unhealthy, and while years of isolation and no human contact are to blame it’s affecting her ability to effectively decide whether or not something is the best for both her and the kingdom. Yes, sometimes it’s necessary to sacrifice for the greater good, but the level of pragmatism Elsa is subjecting herself to is quite literally problematic, it’s to the point where if somebody were to look at her from just a superficial viewpoint they’d think she’s not ready to make any decisions that affect others. It’s very problematic that both Jack and Elsa don’t know how to use words and speak their minds, because had they heeded the words of Anna, Rapunzel, and Eugene, they wouldn’t be in this situation in the first place. The fact that I analyzed this is a testament to your brilliant storytelling, keep up the phenomenal work! |
![]() ![]() Apologies for not signing in, or reviewing in a long time - too tired due to family repeatedly being in the hospital, and death in the family. *sigh* Well, a lot of interesting things have happened since my last review - I particularly enjoyed Elsa's chat with the Sandman, among a host of other things. *grin* Yesterday, I read this chapter...and then re-read it again tonight. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm... *slowly, stealthily inches the Missileboat starfighter forward and down, into the opaque, unseen depths of the next chapter* |
![]() ![]() ![]() Epic! |
![]() ![]() Oh boy, *mentally preparing myself* here we go |
![]() ![]() So glad you updated so soon, love your work, I glad that someone is writing about how incredible powerful Jack Frost is, my own personal headcanon is that there was a original winter spirit before Jack during the ice age(imagine a 100 foot tall snow white wolf like creature with huge ice antlers, kind alike sesshoumaru ture form) and the moon put that spirt inside Jack, but because that spirt is so powerful the moon had to put binding spells in Jack's staff so he can control the wild beast and the reason Jack is getting stronger isn't because he's getting more believers, but because Pitch Black broke he's staff. Also I like to think that ahtohallan is a gate way to a wintery version of the spirt world I mean ahtohallan is called a river and that means there is something on the otherside of that river and the reason Elsa frozen down there was because her human body could not take the raw power of the winter realm. Just some headcanons I have love your work like always God bless and have a wonderful day! |
![]() ![]() This is truly an amazing chapter, you have put life into these characters, thank you for this all around wonderful story, please keep writing, can not wait till next chapters are finished. |
![]() ![]() ![]() This makes sense... if Jack Frost was a stranger! But he isn't. They know this guy! They know he is the guardian of fun! Why will a guardian, a hero, turn around and kill people as blackmail for Elsa? That's some real pride here; Elsa thinks she is so awesome Jack Frost will risk everything for her. I don't like this. It makes little sense if scrutinized. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I have a feeling that the next chapter is going to hurt a lot. Like every person that Jack Frost let in his heart from the Disney cast will be practically backstabbing him in the next chapter. They will literary break the heart of someone whose biggest fear is being alone. Also, the part where the author told us: "True love is putting somebody else's needs before yours" scares the living hell out of me! |
