Thoughts on the arc?

Well, I must say that your writing skill is more than good enough, but it strikes me as a style that would fit better with a slower style of narration. I'm assuming this is why you have so many breaks and perspective shifts, so as to not slow things down to a crawl. Mind you, this isn't a bad thing, but I think it's worth pointing out and keeping in mind.

The only place where you fell short was the part where your pacing remained the same in action-packed scenes.

I'm a little disappointed with how the plot developed, but I suppose there wasn't much reason to deviate from the canon plot line. ORC vs Kokabiel was downright weird, though.

You could have been a little more creative with exposition, however, because resorting to pausing the fight to talk at length was a little annoying.

All in all, though, good job.

Okay so I've just remarked in the 22nd "chapter" your announcement of a reboot, and I've been binge reading this story for a couple days now so you can guess my thoughts after being so much invested in it... Would have been nice to have known about the reboot from the get go, in the first chapter or at the very least in the story's title/summary...

Anyhow, besides that I understand where you're coming from with this decision, even if as I said I've become invested in this story and your take on the characters. Your writing style is very much entertaining and captivating.

So though you've got a reboot in the works, which I'm very much curious about and looking forward to, I'll still keep an eye out for more of this story if you ever feel like continuing it.

In the meantime, keep up the amazing work!

Came across draconian fate works recently, and there are some sections of this chapter that are pretty much lifted from the other story with minor changes. It's enough for me to start doubting myself and I had to double check that it was indeed two different stories.

A few things you might want to dial back on are the changes Shirou is making. He was seriously running a little too roughshod in places, you know?

Well goodbye to another story but I would say that it is better that Shirou not say that from another world that he keep it for himself

Im just telling you now, Ive literally never seen a rewrite get a quarter as far as the original in my LIFE, and Ive been reading fanfic a long time. they all die off super quickly, sometimes on the FIRST CHAPTER. often, its the authors last fic, too.

its a MUCH better idea to just finish what youve got here, and THEN do a rewrite after this ones complete.

you can just consider this one as a first draft, which will make the rewrite easier to write, and more coherent too. otherwise, youre basically just starting a completely new story, and this one is entirely wasted.

WHATEVER you do though, please dont delete or private this story. I guarantee this is at least one persons favorite story, so at least let them keep it.

It's kind of weird of Shirou to spout magus lore from his world to the people of this world as if it was the truth, he's most likely misled these poor devils, lol.

On the one hand, I’m glad this story still has your attention.

but uh, its just that like 90% of the fics that get ‘rewritten’ well the get like a chapter or two in there before they are pretty much abandoned.

So uh, well i guess I’ll just hold out on hope this aint one of em.

I find it odd that you think this needs a rewrite, a bit ill timed too since a larger audience now know more about Heavens Feel due to the movie release, but also because I consider this to be one of the premiere crossovers that fleshes out the characters of both series considerably well. That's not something to scoff at since one has a reputation for being ridiculously convoluted and the other is a silly harem fantasy.

However, I have faith in your writing ability to improve upon the already excellent fic we have here and I look forward to whatever you choose to do. Here's to wishing you the best.
