ChristyWIX chapter 25 . 5/18/2018 Hmmm, I am sure there was a reason for her visit to Denali. Not sure I know what the reason is yet. Perhaps that will come later. Seems odd that Irina was bitchy. She has no reason to be, as it is Tanya that harbors the crush. Very strange. How did they know to look for her? It was strange that she jumped to 1968 and not home first, like she normally does. I am worried that she is not jumping home. Then again, I worry that if she does, she may not be able to get back to him again. |
ChristyWIX chapter 24 . 5/18/2018 Well, that was a disturbing chapter. There is no hope for her to live on as a human. Ultimately that means if she travels back to her parents, she may never get back to her past Edward. I sincerely hope that if she goes back to her present, that those Cullen's are all in Forks. If she never went back again, it will have been forty one years since they've seen her. Mere days for her. That promise she made him make to not kill himself will come in awfully handy for those many, many years. Eek! That is IF she goes back to her her present and does not stay there in their past. |
ChristyWIX chapter 23 . 5/18/2018 That was a cool jump for her to make to talk to Emmett. I love that he was able to control himself through the whole conversation. Even managed to keep it from Edward all those years. Kudos to Emmett. I love that they've gotten married many years before she was even born yet. Perhaps that is why her pull to Edward has always been so strong? Fascinating. |
ChristyWIX chapter 22 . 5/18/2018 I am not surprised she turned to Carlisle. I am surprised that Edward took off the way he did. I thought they'd both learned that lesson of running off mad at the other. They haven't the time together like normal couples do. Interesting that she went away with his mother's ring in her hand. |
ChristyWIX chapter 21 . 5/18/2018 I wondered when they would broach the subject of her wanting him to change her. Clearly, he never did when she was in the past, as she is still there in her future. I like the way you wrote the scene with Bella and Edward concentrating on the photo Victoria, so that Alice could get a read on where she was and what she was plotting. Interesting change up with Peter and Charlotte still with Maria in Mexico, in lieu of the canon where they helped Jasper get out years after they had escaped. It is helpful that they are there and are willing to help trap Victoria. I do think that she evades them through the years and it will be the current wolves on the La Push reservation that will help get her. That Bella has good cause to be worried about Charlie and her in present day. |
ChristyWIX chapter 20 . 5/18/2018 Ouch on that landing in the cemetery. Poor Edward isn't faring too well with her absences. So far, with the exception of landing in Hoquaim when they were in Portland, she has landed close to them. I do wonder when they will set up a sort of code for each other so that she can find them if that happens again. What with no cell phones yet. I am really cranky that Victoria got away. You must have your reasons. I am surprised that Alice and Jasper showed up. I just figured they were not to be in this story at all. It was funny how quickly Emmett released Bella. Made me laugh. |
ChristyWIX chapter 19 . 5/18/2018 Oh, poor Bella. The stress of whether the others are all okay, the move and a whole new place to live, was bound to have this affect on her. The doctor at the ER had to have noticed the bruises that looked distinctly like finger marks. He did the right thing with asking if she wanted to call the police. Poor Renee, she must be a mess right now. Bella has been with her forever, it has to be hard for her, as they are so very close. Charlie no sooner got her, and she was gone again. Yikes. |
ChristyWIX chapter 18 . 5/18/2018 I hope that there really is nothing left of James. I really hope that someone thinks to take out Victoria, as she will most definitely have vengeance on Bella. We know that Edward is fine, as she found him in 1962 but, did the others survive too? What of the other four vampires besides Victoria that witnessed Bella, a mere human, destroy James? I hope that Emmett got to destroy one or two of them. That Rosalie got to as well. With Bella using all of that power at once, did she just limit her time travel because she doesn't have much left of it? So many questions. |
ChristyWIX chapter 17 . 5/18/2018 Oh good, she had the photo on her when she traveled back and was able to give a name to them to research. I loved all their alone time together. I also like that she got to visit with the family too. I forgot to mention in a past chapter, that I was glad she shared Edward with her mom. That she confided that she fell in love with him. Never telling what year she found him in each time she left. Never telling her that he will always be the same age when she sees him. You scared me, when you scared Bella in this chapter. With Edward coming home early and the doors slamming in the house. She needs to tell him about the man popping up everywhere. |
ChristyWIX chapter 16 . 5/18/2018 Why did Bella end up in Hoquaim, when Edward was in Oregon? She has always landed where he is, yet not this time. That worries me. Speaking of worries, who is the person following Bella? Is it Elliot making sure she is okay traveling by herself? Is it the creepy teen who should now be older, that she came across those few years back asking directions? I really liked that elderly gentleman that helped Bella get away by dropping open his suitcase in the aisle of the bus. Nice man. They made love for the first time. More importantly, they said that they love each other for the first time . . . YAY! |
ChristyWIX chapter 15 . 5/18/2018 Oh good! She found a possible time traveling relative. That could help Carlisle and Edward research more. Maybe they can even find Elliot? What if they find Elliot and save him from being killed, or trapped where he is, and they keeps Renee's parents from having her? Then there is no Bella. Yikes! I am so hoping that the Cullen's are going to school in Forks, just like canon. That when she walks into the school, they see her and realize they are finally in her time. |
ChristyWIX chapter 14 . 5/17/2018 She’s been there so very long this time. It’s November and she’s been with them since May. I wonder how long she’s been gone at home? Not sure I liked her being popped to 1962. That was revealing, at the same time an ominous warning was issued by Edward. Too much pressure on her causes that anxiety that makes her travel. Didn’t the growling wolf see her pop out of the night to nowhere? It had to have. |
ChristyWIX chapter 13 . 5/17/2018 Hmmm, that must’ve been the introduction of the wolves to the Cullen's. Jacob's grandfather. I ope Edward realizes that she went back to her time and didn’t get taken. He will worry so much until they meet again. Eek! |
ChristyWIX chapter 12 . 5/17/2018 I’m sure the rest of the family will be sad that they missed her, but I am so glad her and Edward had their alone time. Who was the creepy teen? Was that a human James, in that clump of teens? He was always at least a century old, I think, in canon. I guess there is no Alice and Jasper in this tale, as they are overdue for when they showed up in canon. Loved how Edward greeted Bella this time. So sweet. Instantly at her side at vampire speed and kissing her. |
ChristyWIX chapter 11 . 5/17/2018 She wondered in this chapter, what I’ve wondered all along. Why are they not looking for her in the present? Then I remembered that she never said from when she came. They don’t know what year is her present, so they don’t know when to look for her. However, if they are living in Forks, they’d know Chief Charlie Swan. She has told them about her family. So interesting. |
