Thank you for this well written and thought out story. Writing the character of Beckett is very difficult because we all want to like her, but her actions make it so hard. The author has done a remarkable job in helping her grow and mature. Looking forward to your next story.

Good AU story, well written. As for the negative reviews -'those that can do, those that can't criticize'. You can and you did, and did it well. Those who criticize you (and other fanfic writers) aren't worth your time or attention, or anything else much either.

Bravo! I just found this today, buy even after chapter 3 or 4 I would have kept reading. I have found that Castle FF readers are not nice when you rock the boat. They want happy from chapter 1. Not everyone, but most of them. Angst isn't bad, now 20 chapters of angst is one thing and that could be drawing it out. I did one chapter of angst and I got blasted with all caps in one review. Someone said I better fix it by deleting the chapter. I didn't. This was a great story!
