Regardless what some people b*tched about in the comments, I really liked this story. If Naruto was darker, I could see all of this happening especially with Danzo around for most of the corruption and wars. I also suspected that Hiruzen and Jiraiya emotionally detached themselves from Naruto for their own beliefs/greed. I also can't recall if Tsunade knew about Naruto (Kushina being pregnant, if she assumed he died, if she was even close to Kushina), I would like to think no because I hoped she would've stayed or taken Naruto out of Konoha if she knew about him. I never understood how Uzushiogakure was destroyed and how convenient it was that Kushina made it to Konoha shortly before/after it was destroyed. It is also suspicious how that while Fuinjutsu wasn't a popular practice - how did their defenses fall so easily? I also wondered if Naruto was a reincarnation of Nawaki in a sense.
