I liked the story, until that fight started. Why the hell did you make them announce their jutsus as they executed them like a bunch of morons? Telling everyone what genjutsu they'll be under makes the genjutsu useless and you might as well not cast a genjutsu. They're supposed to be ninja. Ugh...

Please lay off the flashbacks! Fucks sake dude, you did at least two flashbacks within flashbacks this chapter alone, neither truly necessary. Some of these conversations are allowed to happen in real time. Seriously.

Oh, wanted to mention, there's no reason Hinata and Toki can't both have kids if they want, they just need a sperm donor.

Because really, Naruto canon has people doing genetic implantation like that guy who got Mokuton from the pedo, the various people who got Senju DNA artificially in other ways.

Hell, they transplant eyes all the time apparently. So some artificial insemination should be easy. So just because Toki is into girls, doesn't eliminate her shot at having kids.

The flashback to the iwa mission, cant say I really cared for it. I don't hate the idea of showing some of their early interaction so much, but the whole thing, it somehow being their fault some nutjob bitch killed half a town like that and so on, sorry it felt like loads of crap.

And frankly it had fuck and all to do with not helping Wave. That fucking town couldn't help itself, it had crazy ass ninja keeping it down, it wasn't slaughtered because team hiruzen stepped in. It was slaughtered because Iwa and the Earth Daimyo apparently does fuck all to protect Earth country citizens from rampaging missing nin.

And while I've no issue with Naruto wanting to let the Wave civvies try first, that doesn't mean just ignoring it is the right thing either. Its not like Naruto couldn't manage to watch from the shadows in case Gato say, hires some fucking ninja or an army of thugs to rape, pillage and murder.

Also, too damned many flashbacks all together. At least 3 in this chapter, cut down on those please. Flashbacks should be used sparingly.

The one big thing I find hard to believe, is that Fugaku of ALL Uchiha was left alive. Mikoto I can buy, she wasn't an instigator or the driving force behind the coup, and she was by all accounts nicer, more open than most Uchiha. She could've been a good influence on Sasuke, without Fugaku around.

But Fugaku was regarded as an ass by everyone not an Uchiha, he was clan head and the driving force behind the whole damned coup plan.

I just haven't seen any good reason given for why Fugaku, who Itachi actually kinda hated from what I know, was allowed to live and further screw up Sasuke, and plot revenge.

Good story, I am really eager to see what you will do next.

This fight was really well done! I am happy with the strength level that you chose for Naruto. Also while showing his abilities you didn't make the mistake of making his opponents seem weak.
