You promise me cuteness and give me tears you lying bastard.
Nogui chapter 5 . 6/2/2020
"Kinnix's bold plan" You had to insert "bold" somewhere in here.
Guest chapter 4 . 3/21/2020
Woah.

I won't pretend to feel empathy for Tetrimus. He was a monster, through and through. His view of the FCW and subsequent revenge fantasies make him a moral write-off. A shade of gray so dark it's pitch black.

But Tazzik... damn. The Broker is basically the only "parental" figure he ever had, and Tetrimus is the only "friend" he ever had. That's just ratfucked. Poor guy was never more than just a tool, like he noted.
RED78910 chapter 4 . 2/1/2019
An interesting chapter. We see two completely EVIL people have a surprisingly heartfelt conversation, and a moment of camaraderie before heading off into another fight, one that (finally) kills one of them off.

I think Tetrimus did his job and performed his role in the story well. That said, one of the things about his character that always irked me was just how...Evil he was. And what I mean by that is he was just too Evil without any real exploration of his character. Not every one can have their backstory explained thoroughly I know, but at the same time we have other characters who have gone through arguably Worse things and, whether or not they end up worse then Tertrimus, are still a lot more sympathetic to me.

Not sure what I meant by any of that, and I hope it made sense. This was still a very well done little snippet and I do wish we had more like it before he was killed off.

Hope you are well. Still getting through backlog of...Everything basically. Hope to review again soon.
VSNO chapter 4 . 12/15/2018
baud001 chapter 4 . 6/5/2018
I enjoyed a lot this chapter. The scene with the two hardened killers just chilling atop a skyscraper while the sun set was cool.
jerseydanielgibson chapter 4 . 5/15/2018
An oddly touching moment for Tet and Taz. Honestly, I think that should have been included in the main story, perhaps as a post-script. It's strange to see such monsters humanized (or perhaps Turianized and Salarianized? Is that a thing?) but in a strange sort of way, they are monsters of their own choosing.

Aren't we all?
Janizary chapter 4 . 5/14/2018
Heh. Good timing. :)
Szuchow chapter 4 . 5/13/2018
Turians are known for being melodramatic but it seems to me that Tetrimus is overstating his pain. Sure, he was betrayed and he lost his family but compared with fate of those who live through Batarian slave camps he got off lightly I think.

His epitaph is good - even men like Stalin had softer thoughts (if one believe Montefiore account about Stalin reaction to his son being in German camp) so it seems fitting that creature like The Dagger could have last thoughts about family.

Tazzik moment of insight was praise worthy. Just like his entire persona really.
Kampps chapter 4 . 5/12/2018
Tazzik just being real, loved it.
