Brilliant, almost all of it! The only bit I'd quibble with is about how Harry was able to create Portkeys to Malfoy Manor, since he'd never been there before... But he could probably have gotten all the necessary information by ordering Kreacher to think hard about where Malfoy Manor is located and what each major room in the manor looks like, and then using Legilimency on the house-elf.

Wonderful story! I really enjoyed reading an original take on Harry being more dark then in canon.

My, my! This is indeed a very Slytherin Harry. I have read too many Harry Potter fics lately, and find myself wondering after reading yours, "Wonder if Harry would win the war and then lose the peace?"

The only thing more dangerous than an army of basilisks is a large group of adult mandrakes with a Sonorous Charm on them. You could probably kill (use instead immature mandrakes as a nonlethal option) the entirety of Hogwarts' staff, students, pets, elves, & forest-occupants no matter where they might be in the castle or surrounding lands, let alone the occupants of any manor, building, or village you might attack, with only those deaf or happened to be wearing soundproofed headphones/earmuffs suffering no effects.

You present a unique method of winning the war at low risk to Harry. I believe that this is one of the few that I've read where there is a plausible method for Harry to almost singlehandedly win the war without making him a grossly overpowered super wizard.
On top of that, the writing flows well. It isn't marred by poor spelling or, misuse of homonyms.
