Authors SERIOUSLY need to stop apologizing for OCs and readers need to STOP bitching about OCs. just use and abuse them.

one thing I REALLY like about this Naruto is that he's more introspective yet 'feels' like Naruto!
I actually like his base character and always fet it just needed more... depth and nuance without actually changing anything too drastically.

But yeah, Kurenai's desperation really went too far with that A rank genjutsu. A nice touch to show how nobody's perfect.

I actually REALLY like stories where we get to 'really see' what the characters are thinking bc, this Hiashi makes so much sense.

I'm not say8ng it excuses him, but it hunanizes him and shows that, beneath itvall, he loves his family and feels just as powerless by the whole situation as Hinata... and knows a lot of it is bc of his poor choices but is stuck bc... wrll, there really isn't much he can do without burning too nany brudges and lising everything.
and this man has already lost so much to things he had no control over.

Again, it doesn't excuse everything, but it puts it into perspective... and I like that.
same with Hinata. I l9ve ger, but even more now bc we see why she thinks what she does even if she doesn't know the full story.

Your execution on Naruto and Neiji’s fight, is the most compelling and challenging and better than the canon. I couldn’t help to read it twice, so well made!
I am happy that Naruto knows that Hinata cares for both him and Neiji , and I loved so much that she was there when he won T_T.
I so agree with Guest (12-22-2021) , I think that it’s most important to enjoy the chapter when is posted and be thankful that is being posted and the chapters aren’t rushed with plot holes and grammar mistakes, instead of focusing on the negative side of sporadic posting, So take your time and enjoy writing.

First of all, I am happy that you decided to not rename the fanfic’s title anymore, as it has become significant and iconic, the song Hanging by a moment by Lifehouse, suits the fanfic’s theme.

I loved interactions by Naruto as older brother to Hanabi and Konohamaru, and Hinata and Kiba’s friendship is so funny and adorable , and Hinata and Hanabi’s sisterly bond is so lovely,I loved all their scenes.

The Naruto and Neji’s confrontation in the hospital is so compelling , I loved how you had executed it by making Naurot knowing beforehand the Hyuuga’ seal bind.

I liked that you added Hinata in the Naruto and Gaara’s close encounter, which had lead to your variant of Hinata’speech , the way you had executed the Naruhina’s moment with Hinata’speech and Naruto’swing T_T ... You are an amazing great writer.
I liked that this prompted Naruto going to have his first sincere interaction with Kurama.
Wih Jiraiya informed about the upcoming invasion and Danzo acting weirdly cooperative , I’s clear to me that the invasion is going to be different than in the canon.

I always love more Hinata and Shikamaru’s friendship and ShikaTema’s pairing, I hope to see more of the funny and interesting dynamic like these,
As much as I find it sweet for Naruto to keep Idolizing Jiraiya, true things have to come up eventually and Naruto is crafty and smart and was going to find it out sooner or later, I love their canon bantering and dynamics , is so funny and at the same time so sad knowing what may happen later….
I am curious if Jiraiya realised when Naruto’s clone was following him, he must have..
I so loved the part with Hinata’s scolding Jiraiya for Naruto’s sake. I am happy that you made her join Naruto and Jiraiya’s training .
I liked that in your story, Kakashi cares enough to check on Naruto, I always see them as older brother and little brother, I hope that you will add their sibling-like dynamics in the future chapters.
I so loved the Naruhina impromptu date post training , so adorable and sweet. I am happy that they talked, Hinata is a perfect confidant for Naruto, I hope to read more of their moments like this. And them as each other pillars is so heartwarming and romantic

Finally the time for Naruto's revelations to Sasuke and Sakura and the day when they finally become truly united friends, I so wish that this happened early in the canon too … T_T.
I love how you executed their scenes and especially Sakura’s, if she was given a chance early on to understand Naruto, she would have certainly reacted in this way.
Now, with Sasuke more nicer, I wonder if Sasuke's retrieval arc will happen differently or not at all….
I agree that was not fair that Anko was not used a lot in the canon, she should had spoken with Sasuke, I hope that you will make a variant of Land of the Sea arc with Isaribi ..

I love it! Hinata’s interaction with Kurenai sensei is heartwarming,I see them as young sister and older sister, I am happy that Hinata has Kurenai as an older sister figure,is sweet.

I liked Anko’s involvement in Sasuke’s training, which should had happened in canon, and Sakura training under Kurenai sensei which should had happened in canon, is the thing I was waiting for since the beginning, I am happy that you have included it.
And for the Jiraiya’s introduction, with Naruto looking at him like idol It is more compelling and good than the canon, like you said , and it’s better they meet the way you had executed than Naruto stumbling on him in not good moment.
Now with the new Jiraiya and Naruto’s dynamics in place, I so can’t wait to read it .
And now finally Naruhina, I love the Naruto’s first visit to Hinata , and Hanabi showed that still cares for her dear older sister , with letting in Naruto, Naruto should be happy that he has a little ally inside the Hyuga compound . ( maybe you add the famous fanon Naruto's visits to Hinata's bedroom's windows ..it would be funny that he drops by like that to check on her scandilizing the Hyuga clan with it .. )

Your version of Hinata vs Neji is more compelling than the original, I liked a lot how you executed it .
I am so happy that you started to give Tenten more scenes, especially with Naruto, I loved them training together in the ending song, the best sparring buddies , and they need more scenes like that, and you wrote their fight in a way that could had happened even in canon, and I love it ! I hope to read about them .

I was curious to read your execution on Naruto vs Kiba …though I know that you can’t write everything….

The Naruto fight was unnecessarily long plus your version of Naruto is MUCH stronger & smarter than canon Naruto while Neji wasn’t much stronger that his canon counterpart if any TBH, yet is was a FAR closer fight than in canon, too close for it to seem realistic, you turned it into an unrealistic battle of attrition & that made the fight too long & dull.

I started reading your story over the weekend and it's amazing! I don't really have much to say. But I do love your Hinata. While I appreciate a good OP Hinata, reading the bit by bit progress is just as satisfying. Also, low self-esteem and seld-deprecation are like key characteristics of Hinata, but everytime she would say stuff about being too stupid, it would hurt my heart.
Anyway, thank you for coming back to continue this story! I started reading Hinata fics again just this month and I'm finding so many good ones!
