I'm assuming Casey is undercover and if he is did he recognize Bryce and Sarah's names during Chuck's story? Great chapter. I like reading how Sarah's feelings are evolving. I hope she can find a way to do her job and not hurt Chuck. Thank you for updating. Look forward to the next chapter.

I like the story, and its well written. The only question I have is how is it the CIA is allowed to operate domestically?

A really good continuation. And an interestingly different type of relationship for Chuck and Sarah - a "not really" relationship as Chuck thinks Bryce is her boyfriend and Sarah wishes he didn't think that!

So finally a chance to review. It is nice to sit back and read the chapter all in one go and not worry about beta stuff. Just read it as a fan. What stood out to me once I just read it though is the conflict that has hit Sarah like a freight train. She through the she was on a good steady path again with the CIA and, in less than 24 hours, all that is shot to hell because of what she feels for this guy she met once, six months ago. You really help us feel her anguish and uncertainty. And then she goes and sets him up with her crocodile tears. What a roller coaster. Good stuff. And it's only going to get heavier for Sarah as she uses him for her mission. Where will she draw the line? We'll have to wait and see.

Don't know how I missed this back in Oct/Nov but I did. I have to admit I was little meh about how you presented Chuck at the beginning of this one, a little to loserly for my tastes, but you more than redeemed the chapter by the end. Glad to have you back.

Such a great setup chapter. Bryce was introduced perfectly in this universe, Sarah trying to deal with the conflict over the mission and poor Chuck, you know hes going to take it hard when he learns the truth of whats going on.

Loved the first chapter, and your new one as well.
I'm very interested to see how this take on Chuck and Sarah's relationship progress. I would ask you if you could minimise any PLI angst; but from the way you wrote this chapter, it's seeming less like an issue. This I'm glad to see, as the show, and some fics, have given us more than enough for this fandom. Keen to see how the other characters from chuck, esp Carina, would come into play.

This story has a lot of potential, and I can't wait to see how it progresses.

Fantastic chapter I love this story can't wait for your next update. To be honest I think Bruce is a little bit jealous of Chuck the way he interacts with Sarah and the way she responds to him, because all that slick moves that he trying on her that worked on other women has no affect at all. It must be frustrating for Bruce a man that thinks he god gift to women can't get this one to even smile.

A really nice continuation to a different angle on Chuck. Still made to feel inadequate by Bryce :( But maybe they'll have to recruit Jim to get more info from Roarke.
