So they are basically trying to rebuild Danielle, which means that if she gets better she could turn out genetically different, or she could become as stable as Danny, as opposed to a slightly more stable than normal clone. If it were me I would try to rebuild her with wings. I liked how Danielle reached out for Danny's hand. Even if it was just mindless instinct it gave hope that she is still mentally there.
