For a good evil Dumbledore story where it is plausible that he outsmarts harry u should look at jessiikaa15’s stories.

This works far better for the "Voldemort isn't really evil" stories. He's iess constrained by needing to preserve his reputation, so if Voldemort really was evil, by your logic, Harry wouldn't stand a chance. I have no idea what stories you read that inspired this "Take That!" but the stories I have read have Harry wage a difficult struggle indeed, and for one thing, not be alone with either a manipulative or a corrupt Dumbledore. Yule Ball Drama is a recent one that comes to mind.

Awesome story. This Dumbledore is brilliant and badass.

The most interesting part of this fic is that throughout the entire thing, right up until the end, you keep the truth a secret. Is this an evil!Dumbledore fic that fandom loves so much? Or is this a stupid!Harry who thinks Dumbledore is evil when he isn't fic? I've seen a few of those.

This was pretty great, I honestly kind of expected at the end for Harry to just outsmart Dumbledore since the other kept ranting about things, like Harry could be pretending to be emotional and foolish in order to get Dumbly to reveal more and then make a cool move.

I like the take though, because that kind of character bashing descrbed doesn't make much logical sense. Now that I read it more it's like the opposite thing that probably happened in thiose other fics, which is pretty cool
