Reviews for Last of the Spider-Clan |
---|
![]() ![]() ![]() Just started this fic and I'm already in love with it! I like the idea of a spider clan; the consequences are huge and I'm so curious how this all is going to play out! (also peter's name in this au is hilarious) You're making me so curious about the spiderclan and its history, so I'm just going to continue reading :D |
![]() ![]() I wouldn’t worry about a lot of these flames. Write the story you want to write, not what other people are asking for. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Okay seriously... what is actually changing in this story? Because so far it’s been a whole lot of nothing. This is canon just badly painted over. I mean fuck, your long ass exposition scenes literally sum up to “flowery words and slight tweaks that end up the same as canon”. If you’re not gonna change anything actually significant, then skip over because everyone is familiar with naruto and what happens if they’re reading this. I mean fuck, so far all you’ve done is add extra threats and ramifications that make the world worse in the long run, and nothing that is making it better and less hard for others. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Okay, can I just say that Naruto is a shit teammate? Not only is he a dumbass for giving himself away and endangering his teammate because of it, but he didn’t even consider to look for his teammate who saved his ass? The fuck. The one teammate who’s been really supportive? Like seriously. Also, how has Kakashi or Pita not talked to naruto over lowering his voice and being an actual ninja? Even better, why does it seem like Kakashi is being as useless in training this lifetime as he was in canon? His team doesn’t need to be browbeaten with teamwork shit, so he should at least be putting more effort into them. Honestly, he hasn’t been a Sensei at all if you consider all he’s done is teach each of them a single exercise. And not followed up with Pītā to help him with the one he’s struggling with. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I couldn’t even finish reading this chapter it sucked so much. Why the fuck is Pītā even here if he doesn’t really change much at all? I mean for fucks sake, after he landed that hard blow on Haku before he started to try brining out the demonic ice mirrors, he should have kept up the pressure, not stopped attacking. Haku would have been defeated when he can’t keep up and continues to get massive damage. But no, fairy acrobat Paka has to flip away after one hit, so as to allow his enemy convenient time to break that Jutsu out with the aid of Zabuza to prevent it from canceling. Of course your character stand the fuck still and watch fights as they happen and talk all the time. Despite earlier attempts in previous chapters to make this story seem more realistic and grim, but you seem to stick to shonen style and flow way too easily. Of course naruto has to break out the demon fox Chakra and show up in the nick of time to stop Haku. Because this is his story isn’t it? Not Pīta’s obviously as you’re not letting him be proactive or do things despite his massive advantages of spider-powers. Why is Pītā here then if he’s not changing the outcomes of events, if they end up forced to similar beats in spite of him being able to derail them? Why does he never use his webs until the last moments? Why can he only use lines and not globs? ... this story had potential during the bell test arc, and the changes there were great. Really showing that this wasn’t canon... until the next arc. Why write this story if you’re only gonna have “original” content in between the main story arcs where it could be beneficial to change things. |
![]() ![]() When will Pita have that moment where he succumbs to his Rage and acts like a savage. Like when he ripped off half of Sasha Kravinoffs face. |
![]() ![]() ![]() This is amazing |
![]() ![]() please wait for the new update of this wonderful fanfic ... it has been almost 8 months since your last update ... well I will gladly wait for your new update because this fanfic is crazy plot and nobody like you can make long and interesting stories ... if you already got bored or don't want to continue ... write a note if you don't want to continue anymore ... but who am I to say if you don't follow the plot anymore. author-san take care of yourself for the coronavirus and be healthy bye ~ |
![]() ![]() Please continue. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I’m not sure if you’ve already gotten this review, heck, I’m not convinced that I’ve already asked before but are you planning the appearance of Venom in this story? Alien symbiote from space doesn’t make a lot of sense in a Naruto setting, but you could do what the ultimate Spider-man did and have it be a mutated blood sample from Pita. You could even give it to Scorpion for comic accuracy |
![]() ![]() ![]() did you give him o'haras accelerated vision? |
![]() ![]() Why are you not updating? If you have any problem atlest you can make a note chapter to tell the reason or you already quite the story. so, no one will wait for long |
![]() ![]() I think it'd be awesome for Pīta to start using chakra itself as a tool. Kakashi mentioned that using too much chakra on water would create a giant splash zone. That sounds incredibly useful in a fight. Whether it's as a weapon or to use as a distraction. There are tons of different possibilities for him now that he's got the controls down. I think that it'd be really cool if The Other partially possessed him during his eventual fight against Mikio. Mikio keeps talking about nature and that the Scorpion is the natural predator of the Spider, but nature has always been about evolution. The ability for a species to climb the food chain and go from prey to predator. And The Other pretty much embodies evolution (to the point that it made Kaine able to easily kill Solus, who easily killed Cosmic Spider-Man). I think that it'd be cool to see Pīta start brutally beating Mikio out of anger (The Other told 616 Peter that he was partially chosen because of his bottled up rage and encouraged him to use it) like Saskue did only for Sakura to stop him from doing so and calming him down or something like that. The Other is just one of my favorite parts of Spider-Man, and Mikio definitely deserves a humbling experience like that after everything he's said and done. It's something I'd really like to see. |
![]() ![]() ![]() you actually have inspired me to write a similar type of series though instead of Naruto it's Harry Potter. |
![]() ![]() Uh... what? Spider-Man is WAAAYYYY stronger than Scorpion. To the point that he has to drastically hold back while fighting him. When Doc Ock took over Peter's body, he ACCIDENTALLY punched Scorpion's jaw clean off, very nearly killing him. So I find it weird when you say that it could have been the other way around. Your writing overall is genuinely fantastic, but that's a really annoying inaccuracy. Even Miles Morales, who's significantly weaker than Peter Parker, is able to go toe to toe against Scorpion without too many issues. I mean, he's able to withstand hits from Juggernaut, Hulk, Morlun, etc and has easily shrugged off hits from people like The Thing, Ms Marvel (Carol Danvers), Iron Man, etc and has managed to defeat and physically harm them at one point or another (he even punched a hole straight through the Extremis Armor, which is one of Iron Man's very strongest suits). They're all leagues above Scorpion. Also, there's no way that Spider-Man is struggling to lift any kind of tree. Peter lifted a portion of the entire daily bugle building while injured and easily split a large warehouse in half by lifting it while he was underwater. His strength maxes out at 100k tons at least. As a kid, he's still at least a thousand tonner. I really love your writing a lot (the fight was phenomenal despite the comic inaccuracy and the characters are written amazingly), but it really irks me when people downplay Spider-Man, even if they otherwise do a relatively good job at remembering his abilities most of the time. Spider-Man is actually leagues above his own villains for the most part, and it's been revealed that he has to hold back against the vast majority of them. He's even beaten the crap out of Rhino with brute force when he got angry on a few occasions and, most impressively, has managed to hurt Morlun a few times, and Morlun treats cosmic-level opponents like total jokes and almost singlehandedly destroyed Wakanda, yet his encounters with Spider-Man left him temporarily afraid of the 616 Universe. |
