Great story, honestly I don't know many stories where Naruto is truly "overpowered" and doesn't joke around and fight like a pussy just so the fight scenes don't end in 1 or 2 sentences.
If you aren't already try to look at the one piece timeline. I'm sure you'll get a lot of inspiration from it. Do look out for the time difference. You used "11 years before canon" -13 years ago. I made that mistake just now that's why I'm mentioning it
For example you could send Naruto to Fishman Island with a few slaves he freed and save the queen from being killed, that way he could get to know Shirley and maybe her seeing a vision of Narutos future where he is standing in the middle of a mountain of corpses (morbid I know but who knows, I kinda hope he's going to attack Mariejois and kill all of the world nobles *wink*)

As for the harem, yeah Robin definitely I would recommend having Naruto meet her relatively early to give them time to develop a relationship. I don't think she's going to be too trusting at the beginning. Meeting her by chance and helping her out with a distraction or maybe giving her some food and leaving shortly after. Because even if he would give Robin the chance to come to his Island I don't believe she would trust him in the least at their first meeting.

Vivi I don't particularly like, even at the start of canon she would be kinda young (well Shirone will be too) and I always found her kind of annoying. Not really much of an opinion but I just don't feel like they would fit together.

Nami, kinda hard to do without feeling forced. Naruto can't help her before canon or she wouldn't join the straw hats, and afterwards, I can't think of a moment where he could meet her and make her fall in love with him without the hole "love on first sight".

Nojiko, same as Nami but maybe after the straw hats left for the grand line Naruto could visit the Island, maybe checking out a rumor about a terrorized village and awaken her desire for adventure/getting stronger/following her sister. Following that you could build up their relationship.

Jewelry, don't see it. You don't have a lot to work with ether. Her character hasn't been shown a lot and you would have to guess what exactly her devil fruit does/it's limitation, though it would be kinda funny to have her try regressing Narutos age and nothing happening because he's a few thousand years old xD

Boa, is kind of an easy choice, once again, saving a few girls out of slavery (preferably shortly after killing at least one world noble), bringing them to amazon lily, Boa commanding him to be put to death, Naruto not really resisting at the start because of the child he has with him-beating the snot out of them in the arena. After stating his name have the nyon ba or whatever the old woman's name is freak out because of the newspaper she was reading at the time and boom you have a lovesick (literally) Boa. The pairing itself works great because of their hate for the world nobles and slavery in general. Additionally she has a funny personality beneath her arrogance and, last but not least, is hot as hell xD.

Sharley, yeah doable, remember after a certain age the tail of mermaids split so that solves that problem xD. And I've already mentioned how they could meet somewhere in the last paragraphs xD (holy shit this is getting long)

Miss Valentine, meh. Don't like her character all that much but her Devil fruit has a shit ton of potential (fast change between weight shortly before a hit and so on, I think that was already done once in the most popular Naruto/one piece crossover)

I would say no to the last three, Kaya -Ussop that just shouldn't be changed and there isn't much to her character nothing really that would match with Naruto.
Monet is a bitch and pretty loyal to Doflamingo if i remember correctly, I mean she would have killed herself for him.
And Rebecca, honestly don't have much to say about her, just don't like her xD.

And as a suggestion I would go for Viola. Naruto catching wind of the stuff Doflamingo does to the country and goes to save her. She has a lot over Rebecca, older, devil fruit, you could add her a lot sooner to the story than Rebecca and would impress Naruto by the sacrifice she's making by following Doflamingo. Training her would be awesome, if Naruto could increase the distance she could see through chakra and training in the gentle fist style through mimicking the byakugan. Maybe even going so far as seeing across multiple islands at the same time.

If only four girls from canon are being chosen (which I think is a perfect number. If the harem gets more then 6-8 girls, the fic will turn into a PwP story), then I put my vote on Vivi, Nojiko, Jewelry Bonnie and Sharley or Monet.

People usually complain that Nojiko is overused but she really isn't. The most used girls to pair Naruto with are Robin, Nami and Boa Hancock. There are actually very few fics with Nojiko, Vivi and Jewelry Bonnie.

Thanks for the updates in regards to the harem. I just have one concern and that is in regards to having Kaya be an option. Shouldn't she be automatically off limits because of her relationship with Usopp?

Your story is really good, I hope that it might one day reach the top of this list of crossovers. The main thing that I love is the fact that a new chapter has been going up everyday. However, I do know that probably won't happen for forever. I usually don't like god like characters, but in this story, you make it interesting.

Great story and great chapter. I really like that Naruto is going out and doing something about the corruption in the One Piece world, I wonder how long it will be before he meets the Straw Hat Pirates (as in number chapters not in years)and how that first meeting will go. I liked that Kuroka and Shirone are apart of the harem, but when you said a little older you meant when they're 18 or over right? That said I get what you meant by a little older you were talking about in relation to Naruto age so fifteen years would be a blink of the eye to him, but on the flip side saying until their a little older could mean when they are ten and fifteen respectively as well. Anyways great chapter and I'm looking forward to the next one.

Naruto is IMMORTAL, so it wouldn't matter how young Vivi is...since IDK he has all the time in the world until Vivi is old enough.
Isn't like the U.S , because the age of consent in Japan is 13, which One Piece is a JAPANESE ANIME so yeah...plz include Vivi
