To be honest, I liked the first chapter though the second one with the teaching chakra to others is kinda a let down, would of liked chakra to be uniqe to naruto. He could of just taught them some of the many skills such as kenjutsu, taijutsu, deception, stealth, well the main quality of being a ninja without chakra. Onepiece "Haki" power? Sure that would be good to.

I don't have anyone to add to the harem suggestions but I did notice you were a little hesitant about Madam Sharly because she's a mermaid. Don't forget mermaids tails split when they hit 30yrs old so they can walk on land. I don't know how old she is but your the writer you could fudge her age if you want.

Mission Abort! A Harem fic ahead! yeah...you can pretty much guessed my apparent distaste on all things harem. not because of its improbability, but how bankrupt it is when it comes to depth emotion wise and character wise. most of Harem fic especially from Naruto community tend to make him somewhat of a sex god. capable of enamoring multiple girls just by breathing or simply by just existing. but it doesnt mean that all harem fic are hollow, you can lookup shinobi of high seas, or sit upon the frozen heaven where the interaction between Naruto and multiple girls are taken much consideration and given a decent depth that we cant help but agreed with the harem venture those author stick to. Your story as of now had a decent flow and pacing. battle scene left much to desire (I dont know why, but the way you illustrated their battle scene sometime destroy the pacing and tempo that youve established and they were easily forgettable by the next paragraph.) Im gonna wait with bated breath on how you gona present your harem route with this story. on a good note, This is one of many stories where I may compromised my preference (no harem no Yaoi) and just enjoy the ride.

Just to ask, given that you had Naruto allow the Biju to come out in their Tailed Beast Forms, is it possible, or have you already thought about allowing Naruto to give the Biju 'Human Forms'?

Yeah, the One Piece world is worse.

1)Yeah, War and death, slavery, murder and genocide, war, and corruption, and piracy DOES happen on a daily basis.

2) You seem to not understand how bad piracy has gotten in the OP world. Piracy is VERY rampant because of what Gold Roger did, so that raises some questions about where his true allegiance lies.

3) Most of the pirates in OP are not friendly like Red-Haired pirates and the SH's. They will kill, pillage, kidnap, loot, and etc. That being said, if the WG isn't oppressing you, the pirates are.

4)The One Piece world can get a HELL OF A LOT WORSE without the WG. The One Piece world is actually unstable, and the WG is trying to hold it all together. They operate more like the European Union. The WG are bastards, but they are a necessary evil, especially during the era of piracy, because so many people rely on them to protect them from pirates, warmongers, criminals, and other threats, and keep the peace between nations. Without them there will be nothing to stop those dangerous entities from doing whatever they want. Chaos will engulf the whole world as social order breaks down.

5) For all the bastard things that the WG has caused, they are still human. Most of the government forces are not corrupt. Most of them were just following orders. Many of them have families. Many of them follow the idea of Absolute Justice and believe it to create social stability. They all have their own reasons for working with the government. Some follow their own sense of justice. Look at Smoker, Coby, Sengoku, and Garp for an example. Read the dialogue from Coby's speech for example. They're willing to accept the corrupt things that the government does for some reason or another. It's the same way with pirates. They're not all saints, they also have their reasons for being pirates weather it be that the world government or their country's own government screwed them over, or that they've seen the truth behind the WG and/or are thir of their corrupt ways, or that being pirates is an easier and better lifestyle. That makes the situations in One Piece much more tragic in OP than in Naruto. It's not a battle between good and evil. It's a battle between two opposing ideas.

6) You say that Naruto shows how evil people can be? Talk about ignorant! Same thing in One Piece. Yami Hateshingai just gave you examples, and now I'm giving you examples. Robin was demonized by everyone she met after Ohara, because of the WG propaganda.
Ace was demonized by mostly everyone in the world, even before he was born.
And let's not forget about Kuma. He was turned into a complete robot by the time the summit war happened. He's basically dead. His flesh, bones, and mind replaced by Vegapunk and the WG.

7) Luffy really isn't a hero like Naruto. He's a simple man who just wants to do whatever he wants. It's because of his upbringing that he chooses to help others. He's really selfish. Same thing with Whitebeard and Teach. Maybe except for Teach, they would risk making the entire world their enemy and destroy the world trying to save a friend. They also have a habit of creating chaos in the world.

CLICK BAIT! pathetic, last time there are no romance in the genre, and the haren still not exist.. Next time when you make a story stick to what you show us first, like genre and story. Not when you got boost of recognition you change the genre and put a harem in the summary, when in the first place there is none and that alone attract some people who dont like reading romance or harem. Or maybe you give up by the demand of some horny readers to please them and give you more support and disregards people who first like the story before the announcement of harem polls.
