To be honest, while I'll give it a further try if you do write this one, I didn't care for the start, just too many flashbacks all tossed at us immediately all passing through Harrys mind within a few seconds really. It felt like reading a highlander episode, where they're mid sword fight, but still have time for 30 minutes of flashbacks every few swings of the sword.

Not as well done as your other work. Though I'm sure most of this would be smoothed out if taken to a full fic. It just hampered my really getting into it, whereas the 2 SW crosses I had no problem getting into.

All that said, yes he is NOT on the level of ATP Harry, and why should he be? Seeing what you're doing with him NOW will allow for even better character development for Harry. And hell, he could learn a thing or three from Gandalf and vice versa maybe.

So I have to state I like this Harry more then atp, he's strong but not godlike. Much like your sw x ranma story though I think the age change is unnecessary. I'm rather interested to see where it goes though I admit this wouldn't be my choice of a third story for you to work on. I like it but it doesn't quite hit my strike zone though it comes fairly close. I do know it's rather fitting to your general style though.

That said with all your Ranma and HP stories, I am surprised you haven't done a Ranma x hp story yet.

Good story so far i hope you continue to work on this one.

This was an pretty good start; you made a good foundation to start from, though my favourite part of this was the interaction between Harry and Thorin.
I look forward to seeing him meet a wizard of this world.

Great stuff. I think the only bad part was that the fight between harry and voldemort in the otherworld seemed to take way too long, but it would explain how he aged years from being in there if time was actually moving faster in there. Update again soon and runes are awesome :D

Hmmm, hmmm, interesting setup to a story, I have to admit. I am honestly curious to see just how gandalf will react to this wizard, and how it will effect the hobbit storyline. Though if it goes to lotr, harry will be a lot older. Wasnt that something like 20 years after the hobbit ended?
