can see the Tamashi being the link between the reform Revolutionaries and the newly reborn empire, while the radicals of the Revolution along with Honest and the Tamashi diehards will go down hard.
In that same vein, I see you concluding this story with the main group, Nate, his girls, his team, and Night Raid, would reunite with the escaped Seven, defeat the big baddy which you later introduced. By doing this, they would conclude this story while the fighting g concluded in the empire, and story would finish with negotiations and peaceful ending.
The main group would leave for the east, Night Raid joining Konoha, and the girls “officially” marrying Nate.

Epilogue, more ninja clans would move west, to continue their lifestyles. The Empire would settle for rebuilding and reform, with their being occasional conflict flairs for the next several decades, namely between their neighbors and continued diehard rebels.
The Uzziahs (yep) would be revived, becoming a newly reborn clan, with royal ties with Shion and Koyuki, and become a major family. What they may not know may be a new enemy coming to attack the east as a whole...
But otherwise, Nate and his ladies move on, living fairly peaceful lives... besides continuing their specialized military tasks and training the next generation.

Totally see Night Raid just choosing to head back with the “Elementals” and leave this mess behind. In the end, Nate with Hinata, Estha (yep), Akame, Koyuki, and Shion. Namely, because Estha would recognize their actual love, but also, those latter ones would provide major support and backing for their new “super”-clan. Plus, even more branches.
