I think I made a great choice for my very first fan fiction. I love everything about this story, except that it ended. It brought a range of emotions throughout the whole thing. Amazing. I will continue to read anything and everything that Shaya writes, even if it's not HPff. Shaya, thank you so much for everything you do. Your writing provides a much needed escape for me, giving me a way to release all of the pent up emotions of life. Your characters are all so well written that I feel like they're all right there in front of me, and they pull your readers in completely to not just read, but experience the tales that you weave. please don't ever stop, and don't let the Muggles get you down. You are truly an inspiration to readers and other writers, and we all just love you and your work so much.

I loved this. Not something I think I would normally have clicked into but it was really well done. I've not seen Neville done so well as a main character before and I loved the plot twists. I'll be keeping an eye for any other fics from you! Thanks for writing!

What an amazing story! So sad to see another incredible author bullied off this site after the ratings on stories got more strict and story after story taken down. This is just a guest review bc I'm not logged in on my phone, but I just had to comment on this chapter.
Normally I treat bdsm fics with caution, because even with safe words and communication they still feel ... unfair. But you're the first writer I've seen, in fanfic and erotica, who avoided my biggest issue. When Neville said not to come until he gave permission, I was just waiting for Hermione to try - and fail - to prevent an unavoidable physical response, and then be punished for it. But you had her do the sensible thing of saying she was close, so he could stop, because he did the sensible thing by not forbidding her to speak when such communication was necessary.
Sensible, fair, and yet a very rare scene. Thank you and good job.
Similarly, when she wasn't allowed to come earlier because she had broken a rule, you compared that to previous boyfriends who ignored her pleasure for their own, which lessened the (totally subjective) feeling that it was an unfair control over her.
I'm way more comfortable continuing this fic knowing that your characters are being fair with their bdsm power imbalance.
(Also good job on, y'know, characterisation and interesting ships and fun exploration of family relationships)

I didn't realize you'd been having trouble with trolls and haters until I read the last authors note. Well, for my part I love your work and look forward to each new story. I also am a huge fan of Hermione/Neville and I think your lemons are brilliant. Don't let the jerks bring you down, you've got more talent in your little finger than the rest of them combined!

Hey Shaya the people that leave nasty reviews are doing it to make themselves feel good because they are stupid and don't know how to be a better person, the story wasn't what I would normally read but I didn't dislike it, I'm going to check out some of your other stories and I'll let you know how I feel about them but no matter what I or anyone else feels, it's how you feel about your stories that matters if you like them then that is all that matter's. Anyone that flames you just ignore cause they aren't worth your time and are just ignorant. Anyway on to the other stories :)

Hey. I'm really sorry to hear about this.. Love your stories and I'm glad you'll reupload them. I've seen a lot of people deleting their stories for the exact same reason recently and it saddens me that they give up great work because of some comments.
