I do hope you manage to get back to writing, specifically writing this story, sometime. It's always a bummer when a well-written story goes dark.

This is good but too short atm. Its like a prologue and the first chapter. Liking all the interactions so far. Hope you're still writing and continue this.

..and here i am, beating myself up for not checking on this story earlier. Bloody hell this is a great tale. The fact that you basically ditched the whole epic black lantern war was ingenious. I mean, that would have to switch the entire mood of the story, and this semi-lighthearted story is just too good to waste with 42 ways of describing an explosion without getting repetitive.. His meet-and-greet tour was brilliantly thought out, his way of handling Luthor was just perfect. Yes, Harry's a good guy, but he's certainly no saint. His capacity for artistic pettiness is outstanding. I'll check back a lot more often now.

I only read a bit of the New 52, mostly because I'm a bit of a Superman/Wonder Woman shipper, but I seem to remember him not actually working for the Daily Planet, but instead some web based company? And wasn't he more cynical not more naive? His attitude actually is what made me stop reading those comics. I'm not complaining about your story at all, while I think Kal-El would be more forgiving than you are portraying him as, he is still more enjoyable than the cynical one from the New 52 I remember when I dipped my toes in that (and honestly it was so long ago, I may be misremembering it anyways)

Now this is an interesting read! Works as a more slice of superhero life than comic Superhero story. I see that this is a slow burn update schedule, and I am glad to have found it now that we are 5 chapters in! Thank you for the story!
