Wonderful resolution to a beautiful story. Thanks for writing this. I hope somehow the this - or something like this - would unfold in Season 4 eventually... after Felicity survives the ambush that the writers had us thinking might cost her life.

Sorry that take me sooo much time to read it!
I dont like that Oliver lied to Felicity about his son, but they need drama too, right? But no the to much like the last episode!
I really want to read the 3rd part.

I understand what you were trying to do, I really do, but all this fic does is cement the idea that Felicity doesn't deserve Oliver. Why? Generally, we almost never see Oliver lash out in response to someone keeping secrets from him but he's usually thoughtful and non-judgmental about it. On the other hand, everyone else is very quick to lambaste him when he "keeps a secret".
Case in point: Oliver maturely handles Felicity admitting she's been helping Team Arrow at the beginning of Season 4, even though she essentially says that the "perfect life" with Oliver isn't enough for her. Conversely, Timeline-1 Felicity bullrushes Oliver only a couple of hours after he himself learns he has a son, and then gets angry and storms off because Oliver understandably wants time to process it.
Similarly, in this fic, Felicity's not interested in hearing anything from Ollie, and doesn't even attempt to get an explanation, she just ups and leaves. Which is a really immature way of dealing with the news that your significant other had a lovechild with another person years before you even met him. It would have made sense for her to leave if she was Laurel, but not Felicity, Ollie wasn't even on her radar back then.
And it's a shame, because Ollie has a really valid reason for not telling her: he tells anyone and he loses the chance to see his own son. And given how both Oliver and Barry were put on their respective paths to becoming heroes by their fathers, I think it's an understatement to say that Father-Son relationships are important in the DC universe. Frankly, if Felicity's so unwilling to hear Ollie's side of the story, then they shouldn't be in a relationship to begin with.
Despite that disagreement, I do wish you luck on the rest of the fic. Thanks for putting your time into it.
